Big Brother presenter Davina McCall will be officially opening the Hawthorns School summer fete and dog show next month.
The theme of the fete is Around the World in 80 Days' and the Woldingham resident, famous for her please do not swear' catchphrase, will start proceedings at 11am on what is sure to be an action-packed day. The major attractions include Chattanooga Choo Choo, Human Table Football, bungee running, a balloon race as well as old favourites such as wet sponges, coconut shy, splat the rat and a fancy dress competition. The fete takes place at the school on Pendall Road, Bletchingly on Saturday May 7 and will go on till 4pm. Article redhill and reigate life |
