I can't atm either (well some of, can still make out what they're saying but not word for word) but we'll get used to it. I suppose we can apply the BB8 twins here, on day 1 they looked identical and couldn't tell them apart by about week 5. By the end they looked nothing like each other. See where I'm going with that?

I don't think it makes you rascit, some are difficult to understand but in time you will get used to the accents - my french teachers french and at the start of the year she may as well have been speaking french her accent was that strong but it's fine now

Your not racist at all. Its not your fault that you haven't travelled the world and got to understand different languages and accents... don't worry. If anyone says you are a racist they are just melodramatics and are ignorant (even though they may think the same about us) to the fact that not everyone can understand other dialects and accents. Totally! Diversity in races etc has went too far. If you look at the ratio's of Britain, its nothing like that at all.

Just because you have difficulty understanding someone doesn't mean you are racist.

Racist would be insulting, discriminating or other negative act against someone based on their ethnicity.

Exactly.
I have a Liverpudlian accent, but a very weak one. My friends have strong ones and when I first met a few I had to listen very carefully to make out what they were saying, but I can totally understand them now.
