Kimberly gave her first interview on tonight's (Wednesday) Bit on the Side since leaving the house due to illness last Friday.Channel 5 released this transcript of the interview. Kimberly walked down the stairs to rapturous applause wearing a fake baby bump which she worked to the max, stopping on the stairs and holding it as Emma Willis asked if there were any hot towels!  Emma started the interview by showing a VT of Kimberly’s worst bits and then by asking her if she was feeling OK. Kimberly replied: ‘I’m not 100% but I’m better than two days ago.’ Emma said that it was sad to have Kimberly out but it was good that they could have a ‘good old gossip’; at this point Kimberly removed her baby bump to cheers from the crowd. Emma said: ‘You’re feeling good but are you still feeling Steven Goode?’ Kimberly replied: ‘I’m still feeling Steven Goode.’ When asked if she and Steven were on the same page, Kimberly replied: ‘We’re definitely on the same page.’ She added: ‘I’ve sorted out my pre-Big Brother life and am looking forward to a new chapter.’ Emma then asked Kimberly what she thought of Steven when he sat in the garden with her in the first week and told her he had been to 119 countries: ‘Did you think there’s my future husband or that’s my first nomination sorted?’ Kimberly replied that it was early days and that she ‘brushed it off’ but did think ‘why are you saying that?’  Emma asked Kimberly how emotionally difficult the Sacha situation was for her in the house and she replied: ‘Extremely difficult.’ She stated that she has a lot of respect for Sacha but admitted: ‘I didn’t know how to execute that.’ Emma told Kimberly that her relationship status had confused the public and showed the VT of Sacha’s phone interview with Emma where he stated categorically they were a couple and had been for three years, that she was merely maintaining an ‘illusion’ of a relationship with Steven, he wasn’t worried and labelled Steven: ‘A mummy’s boy.’ Emma then asked if Kimberly could understand why the public were confused and Kimberly replied: ‘Definitely, I would be confused as well.’ Kimberly went on to say that she understood the warning Lynne Goode gave to her son and that it was done ‘in the nicest way.’ Emma then stated that the relationship seemed to become very intense, very quickly and asked Kimberly when she realised she was falling for Steven. Kimberly replied: ‘I noticed I was falling for him the first time he faced eviction and thought why do I feel this way? I don’t want to feel this way.’ Emma asked if she liked Steven’s new hair do and Kimberly answered: ‘I preferred the prior one.’ Emma went on to discuss the public’s perception that Steven could be quite bossy and controlling with her, Kimberly explained: ‘It didn’t feel that way.’ She went on to say she is usually the more controlling partner so it was ‘nice to take a back-seat.’ Kimberly also stated: ‘I never felt that I was in a position where I couldn’t talk.’ Emma then asked Kimberly about Steven’s paranoia and his constant declarations of love and Kimberly replied: ‘I understand how that could be perceived, I don’t think he takes control the way the public do, it’s more like taking care.’  Emma then moved on to sex in the house and told Kimberly that she and Steven were only the third couple ever to have sex on Big Brother. Kimberly joked: ‘Did you guys see that?’ Emma asked if she was surprised by the reaction and Kimberly said: ‘Not really, every time someone has sex on TV, people have an opinion.’ She added: ‘As you become more comfortable you forget about the cameras.’ Emma asked if she also forgot about the ten other people in the bedroom and Kimberly replied: ‘No-one noticed apart from Ash and Helen.’ Emma asked about the talk of living together, marriage and pre-nuptial agreements. Emma asked what Kimberly’s reaction would be is Steven proposed on leaving the house. Kimberly replied: ‘In my head it’s not a definite no. I am falling for him.’ Emma obviously had to ask about #openit and Kimberly said: ‘I’ve heard that a few times, to be honest I’m not sure what it means.’ She delighted the audience by saying: ‘I think things were open anyway.’ Kimberly is then joined on the sofa by Lauren Harries and ex-Housemate Danielle, who has a question for Kimberly – ‘Do you think you robbed me of my place?’ Kimberly responds that she was in hospital with an IV in her arm and that she was ill, so no-one robbed her of her place. Lauren Harries asked Kimberly if she thought it was ‘ladylike’ having sex on TV and Kimberly replied: ‘I’m not sure what ladylike means.’  Pictures of Kimberly on Bit On The Side. |

Just my thoughts on Kims interview tonight on BOTS. Firstly I thought it was so funny when she came down the stairs wearing the bump as of course many people had speculated she might be pregnant. Secondly despite people baying on here for the cause of her illness she has every right not to disclose it if its a personal matter. She said she had been sick all week and Helen and Steven had been good to her. Its a pity and I have said this on another thread that the highlights shows that week didn't show any of this and of course by the time she had to get medical attention all the highlights shows had been screened and edited. In all honesty if I had to leave the house because I was ill I don't think I would want to tell the whole country or whoever watches big brother what was wrong with me Thirdly Emma didn't do a good interview, she stumbled over her words, seemed to be sitting on the edge of her seat and could have asked more questions in the time allotted Im very disappointed that Kim seems to want to have a relationship with Steven but she said she has sorted things with Sacha so I guess she is free to do it. I loved her from the day she entered the house, was hugely disappointed in her relationship with Steven but I always stick with my favourite housemate through thick and thin so I wish her the very best for the future. And incidentally I don't think she is gunning for magazine deals etc. If they are offered to her I am sure she wont turn them down but she will obviously still have her modelling job and some law firm seem to have expressed an interest in her also |

Nothing important or interesting was revealed. Kim was there to support the Steverly storyline to guarantee some magazine money afterwards. |

I thought she came across as the same robotic, scheming cash hunter that we know and are indifferent to! For her to claim that she didn't think Steven was controlling in the house and act all "i don't know what you're talking about!!!?" was just weak!!! She even tried to say that she didn't know what " being ladylike" meant! She's either faking it or she has REALLY strange taste in men and i'm going with the former! I bet she's praying for Steven's eviction on Friday so they can fulfill that no-doubt already booked OK Magazine interview. That'll be a riveting read i'm sure! Steven might even allow Kim to answer one of the questions (once he's instructed her what to say of course!). I originally had high hopes for Kim as a housemate but quickly realized i needed to re-asses my expectations of what to expect from her as a housemate. Apart from the fact that she obviously has very little self-respect and also very little respect for her family and (ex?) boyfriend we really know no more about Kim now than we did when we first saw her on launch night.  And she ended her Big Brother experience just the same way! A poor attempt at making it look like something other than her quitting and leaving via the back door! I mean what was the whopper of a lie about Helen being the only person other than Steven who realized just how 'ill' she was and the way Helen cared for her while she was ill. Helen's on film saying that she didn't even know that Kim was supposedly ill until she left the house! It's just a shame that one of the evicted housemates could still be in there if Kim had just waited 24 hours and been evicted properly. The timing on her behalf was uncanny! I suppose her and Steven are pretty well suited when all is said and done but i'd still be amazed if they're still a couple by Christmas time!

She conveniently side stepped every question we all wanted to know and her maths suck. 4 days on the drip but feeling poorly only 2 days and yesterday talking to the papers when she was on a drip, doesn't add up. Plus also the BB doctors should be reported to Ofcom for trying to make a sick woman go back into the house to be gawped at when she was sick. LOL. JTM and loads of others are right, she walked and tried to cover it up with BS actions and a pretend being sick so she could do exactly what she is doing now, sensationalising her situation to rack up the brownie points and a ''KERCHING DAY'' when his nibs gets evicted. They are both liars and social misfits and deserve each other. Well for as long as the money is coming in then its bye bye, where is Sasha and all is forgiving. |

Furthermore, I totally agree, whatever her illness was, it was bad enough to have her in hospital for a few days and that is her right not to discuss it if she so wishes. There were times I felt she came over a bit cold, espcially when they played the phone line vt of Sacha,however I wish her well in the future and still hope shes ees through Steven and gets away from him. Really great thread and opening post rionablue with fair and balanced points all through it too. |

The annoying thing about Emma is she asks a question and then before the interviewee has the chance to respond in full she cuts in and puts her slant on things. As for Kimberly, she looks a little lost, a little bewildered. I think she thinks she is onto a good thing and maybe there is some feelings there, it's hard to tell, but for sure they are going to milk this one for all it's worth. As for Steven, yeah, he's deluded and illusions of grandeur. If the company house records are correct she is in for a big disappointment but hey, that's what life is all about, you get thrown these curve balls and you have to deal with them. She seems shrewd under that cold facade, so she will know exactly what she is letting her self in for and she must know by now he isn't as minted as he proclaims to be. |

Personally I think she realises that he is a potless wanker but seeing as how she is well below his status anyway, she might as well hang around for the mag deals before she jumps back into her true loves bed (Sasha) |
