Charlotte Leslie - former MP reportedly signs up to be CBB housemate

Charlotte Leslie, who is a former member of parliament for Bristol, has signed for the Celebrity Big Brother series that starts January 2018 reports The Sun. Charlotte who is 39, represented the Bristol North West constituency between 2010 and 2017, but lost her seat in June's general election. January's series will begin with an all-female cast of housemates, with the male housemates entering the house later. A source is quoted in The Sun: “January’s series will mark 100 years since women won the vote and is all about, strong, empowered women. “Channel 5 bosses have been desperate to sign a female politician and they are thrilled that they’ve managed to land Charlotte. Not only is she opinionated and intelligent, she’s very attractive.” Newsreader India Willoughby was previously reported to have signed up for the show. Update: Charlotte Leslie wrote on Twitter that the report linking her with Celebrity Big Brother is untrue.
