WWE's Chyna rumoured for CBB - denied by manager

The Daily Star reported that WWE star Chyna could appear in this summer's Celebrity Big Brother. Chyna, real name Joan Laurer, is best known for her wrestling career with WWE, but she is also known for her acting roles, including porn films. However Chyna’s manager, Antony Alonzo was reported to have said she would not be appearing as the show clashed with a another planned appearance: “Chyna is not appearing in Celebrity Big Brother this year. “This is just a rumour. We are very excited about coming to Scotland at the end of August.” The rumoured August 27 start-date for Celebrity Big Brother is two days before Chyna’s appearance at the Caird Hall in Dundee at Scottish Wrestling Entertainment’s Hell for Lycra XII. A Daily Star 'source' was quoted in the report: “Chyna isn’t exactly shy and retiring. She will be up for having a lot of fun in the house.” “Some celebs just want an easy few weeks in there. The Mirror reported that producers originally wanted Hulk Hogan on the show, but that offer was taken back following Hogan's recent racism controversy.
