So random ghosts, a year after the people's passings, all 'travel' back to the same town, in the same week.. edge-of-your-seat viewing right there

The first episode was written by Carlton Cuse (he worked on Lost), so I feel like I have to watch it.

I want to try out The Leftovers too.

Okay, so: The Returned is based on a French show, which itself is based on a French movie, and then there's Resurrection which isn't officially based on the French show but has an identical premise and is probably gonna be confused with The Returned because they're both current shows.

...

EDIT: Oh, Resurrection Season 2 finished in January. Still, only two months later and a new show with the same plot starts.
