This is like my first peice of creative writing on TiBB, Im not really sure if it should be put into that section or not yet but meh.

Im really bored, and I have had some peopel tell me to do like creative writing stuff on TiBB, this is just because im bored and the things in the stories dont mean any harm to anyone.

December 12th 1995

Long, long ago there was a forum.
A Very popular forum, it was the Facebook of the 90s.

This forum was called 'Sticks.Com'

It was a very happy forum, and everyone got along and every Saturday they had kareoke nights and would sing Bonnie Tyler Songs.

One dark and rainy night in 1995, just as Stick's was about to do his impression of a Kangaroo on stage..

An army came to Sticks.Com, an Army so evil that it closed everything in its path.

This Army was The Thread Eaters.

Lead by The Dark Lord, James.

It had always been James' dream to take over Sticks.Com and this was the night to do it.

Faster and Faster, the forum members of Sticks.Com were being killed, until it was a deserted old forum full of memories.

They could still hear the sound of Sticks' singing echoing through the air.

The Thread Eaters were just about to leave until James noticed somthing.

Guests: 20
Members: 1

James was puzzled, until a friend of his called Kaz pointed out that they were the 20 Guests.. but who was the 1 Member left?

James was sure he took out everyone in his path.

They searched the forum until they found a man.

A Man in the corner, lonely and not knowing what was going on.
This man was Mark.

James had only one thing in mind for Mark, kill him and finish of what he had done to Sticks.Com

James raised his mouse and yelled 'This is going nowhere, Closing This!' and expected Mark to fall to the ground dead.

But nothing, Instead Mark was left alive.

James suddenly felt weak, his army lost their power and they had to flee Sticks.Com leaving Mark in a waste land that use to be one of the biggest forums ever.



18th July 2000


Its been 5 years since the attack, and Mark cant remember anything.
One day he was out taking his dog Harry for a walk, and suddenly banged into a stranger.

The stranger stared at Mark.
Mark stared back, before the stranger broke the silence.

??: Have you got a problem?
Mark: No sir, im just taking my dog for a walk.
??: Whatever, you dolt.

Mark suddenly stopped, he had never heard that word before and it sounded intresting.

The stranger walked away before turning back, he realised somthing.

??: Holy Fuck it cant be, Jesus.. Its you! Mark!

Mark was stunned, he didnt know how this guy knew who he was.

Mark: Do I know you?
??: Allow me to introduce myself, Im Stu Iscariot.

Mark wanted nothing more than to be at home playing The Sims 1 on his PC and Stu wanted nothing more than to be in the pub with the lads, but this was important.

Mark: How do you know me?

Stu: Im going to tell you somthing, and its somthing you may not recall but let me tell you now.. I speak the truth, 5 years ago.. you were a member of Sticks.Com, it was shut down due to an attack by a evil intruder.

Mark: Whats that got to do with me?

Stu: Sticks, name ring a bell? He was pop star back in the 90s and was also your father, When he died you were going to take on the forum and become the next Admin, however due to the attack.. theres no forum for you to take over.

Mark: I dont see the problem then?

Stu: Look in a few years, theres going to be alot of sad bastards with nothing better to do than come on forums to interact with eachother.. you need to make this forum for them.

Mark: But why me?

Stu: The Dark Lord, has always wanted to own his own forum.. it started of when he tried to take over Sticks.Com but you drove him away that night and made him weak.. hes building up more power and when he does, he'll be back to make this forum.. and it'll be horrible.

Mark: I have to take my dog Harry to buy Madona tickets, we dont have time for this.

Stu: You must do this, if you dont people will suffer.
People with no lifes will grow up on a forum lead by dangerous Thread Eaters who like to close threads for no reason and give infractions out to everything in their path.
Your our only hope, and belive me I am not going to post on a forum ruled by thread eaters do you fucking understand me?

Mark: Very well, but why me.. why not someone else?

Stu: You have the power to keep the dark force away from the forum, you did it once you can do it again.


And so Mark realised what he had to do, he set of home to set up the forum.

He didnt know what to call it.
He sat up all night in his room, writing down possible names but couldnt think of any that didnt sound stupid.

Suddenly, after he watched Friends, a show came on.. a show he had never heard of before.
This show was called 'Big Brother'

He began to watch it and became more and more intrested, until a voice came out of nowhere and spoke to the people inside the television.


Mark had it.

He had discovered the perfect name for the forum that would save The British People.

Im not sure if that was too long, I didnt say it would be short but hey its night time and I have alot of free time, and it is rather quiet at night so theres somthing to read.

I have a Part II in mind for this.
That was basically the story starting of.

Part II should be better and alot more action and more members will feature.

Watch the comma splice if anything.

But that is a mistake most make, and most have never heard of.
