Model and former athlete Rachel Christie, who appeared recently on ITV2's Love Island, has been offered £300,000 to appear in January's Celebrity Big Brother, according to a report in the Mirror. She won the Miss England beauty contest in 2009, but had to give up the title after an altercation with another model, and she is the niece of former athlete Linford Christie. She has applied for Big Brother before - she was among the 80 shortlisted housemates for Big Brother 11 in 2010 - http://www.thisisbigbrother.com/bigb...evealed--.html - , and was nearly selected later in the series to go in, but it was reported that a court appearance stopped her appearing. OMG YAASSSSS she was wasted on Love Island tbh I remember tweeting her asking her if she'd do CBB and she said yeah <3 We've not had a black female celeb in ages plus she breaks the "sassy, argumentative diva" black girl stereotype too. |

I think she will go in... eventually, but I don't think they will pay her that much. She was too good for Love Island tbh, and I don't blame her for being picky on it based on the men they put in |
