Your catalogue idea was fairly niche and a very big risk compared to the bits-and-bobs idea put forward by Pioneer. I was a little underwhelmed with how few items you selected, if I'm honest, but you presented them nicely. I went into the sales half of this task a little worried for you guys because there wasn't as much effort put into the design and marketing side of things as the other team.

However, come sales, you completely owned it. You all pulled your own weights and - although I detected a hint of defeat about Munchkins - were upbeat and very friendly and swift to deal with customers.

Pioneer:
You kind-of lucked out in the past two tasks thanks to some stellar efforts by individuals, and this task I think sort-of saw that unravel. I think the 'Christmas catalogue' idea, although nicely designed, was a little safe and a bit too kitsch, like one of those awful Park things that come through the letterbox with pages on chocolate willies and so on.

However, I think your idea to integrate Brotherhood/Zeta hoodies, and other items personally attached to certain elements of TiBB, was inspired. This was somewhat dampened, however, when you forgot to include some of these in the full thread, and it wasn't until late afternoon that this was rectified. I was also left a little confused when I made my purchase today, as I wasn't presented with a total bill or any real help.

Vanessa, I think you bossed this task. I almost felt sorry for you because you spent a lot of it doing all of the work, and although I've been sceptical about your abilities in previous ones, I think you've been slightly let down by your team today.

Overall:
I believe that, since Prospect dealt with customers more adeptly and paid a greater deal of attention to the budgeting side of the task, they were more successful with their sales and this was reflected in the overall outcome. Pioneer, although initially promising with some great ideas, struggled to get rolling and I blame this in part to the team effort. For this task, I have to go with Prospect as the winners.

Right ok. No sign of Lee or ukturtle popping in, but they did tell me in advance they had commitments.

Fortunately I made plans for this eventuality. I have looked at all their previous nominations and the person they have both nominated most often is Salman. Therefore this will count as their decision.

Therefore, for Team Pioneer, Lee and Salman will face the Boardroom. I'm sorry Salman, however ukturtle and Vanessa are the most consistent candidates across all the tasks so far, so it feels like a fair outcome.

Right I'm Posting My Plea (My Internet's Going off for a few mins)

Hello, I would like to pledge my case if that is okay
I wholeheartedly agree, I did not put my all into this task, and that really is not acceptable, however I would say in all previous tasks I have made very important contributions, including pitching and making concepts, for example I have made the name for the last 2 group tasks, a Touch of frost, and living Dead. I believe that I have a wide range of skills, and that I have proven this, I do not think I should be fired after only one task, not putting my full effort in, I had AS exams, and I know that is not an excuse, but they are finished now and I can promise in the next task I will be trying my very hardest to reverse the mistakes I have made..
I believe i am a good motivator, and when i can i contribute immensly to the team's ethic, not only with the pitching, and actual structure of the task, but i also put forward idea's
I would love the opportunity to try another task.. and put my all into it, and make the merge which would be lovely to see how the other team are..

Hello Panel, I ask you please do not fire me as I feel I have been a good, vital contributor to the team, always contributing ideas, offering opinions and I've done all the work I promised, including vital pitches in the early stages, and most recently much of the sales and the background and helping out with the planning of the Zombies Game.

I feel like I did do a lot of work this task, and I only nominated myself as I felt that DTM and Jamie were outstanding so didn't deserve to be here, in no way did it mean I don't want to be here. Also, just taking this task into account, although I sold the second least, I alerted many members around the forum via wall posts, chat threads and in one case skype about the thread, including SaphLiike, who contributed1000 to the task, and Black Dagger, who contributed 850.

Potentially without these and the other contributors from me (Josiah, 08marsh) the margin between us and Pioneer would have been alot closer and we could have lost. I believe also that I deserve to stay as I worked on the shop from when I could, at 3:30, to when it ended, which shows my commitment to the team and the game.

But again, I also feel that I deserve to stay in the game as I have worked hard on every single task, doing my utmost and also messing up my sleep pattern as a sacrifice to this game ;) I would love to get to the merge and work with the other team, it's so close now, I can feel it! To lose out would be awful, so yeah please keep me in the competition!

I believe that I have a wide range of skills, and that I have proven this, I do not think I should be fired after only one task, not putting my full effort in, I had AS exams, and I know that is not an excuse, but they are finished now and I can promise in the next task I will be trying my very hardest to reverse the mistakes I have made..
I believe i am a good motivator, and when i can i contribute immensly to the team's ethic, not only with the pitching, and actual structure of the task, but i also put forward idea's
I would love the opportunity to try another task.. and put my all into it, and make the merge which would be lovely to see how the other team are..

So, here I am Again, I have faith that I will stay (hoping anyway) I put so much effort into this task and have in every single task, I've stayed up extra late just to get things done and even went to the library at college, just so i could have a large contribution in the task. I was the person who came up with the initial idea of Winter clothing, so had a large contribution to this task. I Found A lot of the products that sold regularly and Sold the second highest amount of sales, Even though I was at college. Right ok. No sign of Lee or ukturtle popping in, but they did tell me in advance they had commitments.

Fortunately I made plans for this eventuality. I have looked at all their previous nominations and the person they have both nominated most often is Salman. Therefore this will count as their decision.

Therefore, for Team Pioneer, Lee and Salman will face the Boardroom. I'm sorry Salman, however ukturtle and Vanessa are the most consistent candidates across all the tasks so far, so it feels like a fair outcome.

My nomination would have been for Lee who was hardly online at all for the sales, may have been busy but then she shouldn't have accepted the budget and sales role that we gave her as that was a really important factor of this task. She did help with product selection which was helpful, but out of the three of my team mates she contributed the least to this task.

I know you voted Ben, :) but as you now know and have seen the twist, I only needed one name this time and you gave me two, so I didn't know which of the two you'd have gone with.

Posting this here so everyone knows how it came about. The Twist was given a great deal of thought, and I already knew Ben would be unlikely to be online. As the twist entailed everyone nominated being sent to the Boardroom, it made no difference to the outcome.

Now I've heard from Ben, his official live nom will be recorded in the stats for Lee.

You didn't contribute a great deal to this task, then again you weren't the only one. Your sales figures were mediocre in comparison to both your male team mates. I was disappointed most because you have been a strong and consistent candidate from the start and for this task I felt you let your team down.

Munchkins.....

Your contribution to this task was scant, and this was reflected in the fact that your sales total was the lowest in your team. You are a very strong motivator, and your team could have done with more from you on this campaign.

Right, it's a very tough decision and we as a panel have taken all your previous efforts into consideration and feel that the better all round candidate (by a very narrow margin by the way) should stay. Although we will be expecting this person to pull their socks up considerably or they may not survive the next cut.
