I liked this episode. I've been really cynical towards this show after the summer finale and not all that excited for it's return but I did enjoy it. Definitely intrigued by the new mystery, even if it's destined to end in disappointment like the last one (but hopefully it doesn't!).

Marlene said in an interview yesterday that they were thinking of it being Alison who died in the 6B premiere. Whilst I love Ali, I actually would’ve loved that SO much. It would bring the show back to where they started with her dead in 1x01 but this time in 6x11 we would’ve seen the body. I don't necessarily think she is blind, but it's quite funny how she was basically the Jenna of the episode. Even the cryptic references to what happened to her were reminiscent (I assume intentionally) of The Jenna Thing. :laugh:

yeah you're probs right. There's always been speculation that Hannah has a twin.

They normally have similar plots to the books but they use different characters.

For example Toby is perverted and creepy in the books, and that's what Jenna is like in the show.

Alison has a twin in the book.

Hannah is very slow sometimes and innocent, so they could have the opposite with her twin perhaps if they ever did a twin thing.

The only possible clues that Hannah has a twin is:

1. Ali told that scary story with the twins when she wwas babysitting with Hanna...maybe Ali knew something about Hannas twin and this was her way of playing with Hanna.



2. One of the twins appeared to Ashley (Hannas Mom) in a dream...what other connection could there be..?

Game Over, Charles SUCKED.

CeCe as A, while disappointing, was probably the least annoying aspect though. Sara Harvey as Red Coat and Black Widow was the biggest bull**** I've ever seen (and I'm a rare person who actually enjoys Sara as a character but that was so awfully anticlimactic).

On par with that was the ridiculous timeline mistakes they made with the Radley flashbacks.

Oh, and they kept repeating how every question is answered and that, predictably, turned out to be a lie.

It was just a massive disappointment on multiple counts and my main enjoyment of the show now comes from just embracing the ridiculousness that is this show rather than any real investment in the mystery like I used to have. And for that reason I thoroughly enjoyed having A walk around in a weird as **** old man mask and Lesli Stone's glasses.

With Black Widow it's all the more glaring because they specifically had the stunt double (the girl who was the stand in for both Red Coat and Black Widow) to wear a brunette wig for the Black Widow scenes. Obviously they were planning on her being a brunette character (even though the wig was pointless since you could never see Black Widow's hair :laugh:).

I don't see why Sara would happily run around as Red Coat with her blonde hair very visible but make the effort to wear a brunette wig as Black Widow. :idc:

And of course the scene of Black Widow sending condolences to Bethany Young's parents, that made perfect sense to be Melissa too.

But I think what annoys me most (and this was just blatant trolling of the viewers who've been loyal to the mess the show became) was when Marlene said we saw Black Widow's face during Season 4 ... and it turns out she meant we saw her as a picture on a computer screen (worse, a stock picture that wasn't even the actress who would play Sara when she was officially introduced). :facepalm:

I really enjoyed the twin reveal tbh, I'm definitely excited to see more of Mary next season. What's funny is that I recall seeing theories online seasons ago about Jessica having a secret twin called Mary because Radley Sanitarium is an anagram for Mary A. DiLaurentis. It's interesting that it actually (sort of anyway) came true. :laugh:

What I really didn't like was the tedious relationship crap. And the fact that I assume we're supposed to find 3 characters cheating on their current partners with their exes romantic. I half expected Spencer and Toby to randomly start shagging in the Radley tunnels eventually.

Oh, and the Wilden mask was probably the absolute height of ridiculousness in this show (and that's quite a feat). I mean really, a mask that perfectly mimics Wilden's face? :joker:

I definitely think that Spencer is Mary child because they looks similar and Melissa was always treated better by Veronica and the dad, plus it's hinted that Spencer was in Radley as a child. Or I think it's Alison.

AD could be 2 people because Marlene is now tweeting the letters A and D separately, hinting A and D are different people.

I also noticed that AD was whisky which is one of Jason's favourite drinks, and when Cece was A they kept showing A drink wine and we saw Cece numerous times drink it.

It seems odd for Aria's and Noel's file were taking, Jason protecting Aria if he's AD?

Another little thing which could hint Jason being AD is that he returned in episode 7, we first saw cece in episode 7 of season 3.

Other than that I think AD could be Lucas/Andrew.

The whole thing with Rollin being spotted again is interesting, I hope they mention it and we get answers about it all.

I also think that Rollin and Wren could be brothers, there's a Shakespeare story which uses those 2 in a theory I think, really interesting.

Loving this season though, Marlene was right when she said there were reveals every episode.

I loved the flashback scene with Mary and Jessica, it was nice. Jessica's basement hideout was really interesting, obviously the liars could have found out who AD is if it hadn't been set on fire.
