Also, it's very filling, especially with banana, banana is my favourite thing to have in it. I just put the seeds and milk in a jar with one tea spoon of honey and one drop of vanilla essence, then in the morning I cut up a small banana and put it in the jar, it's delicious and SO healthy.

You can use any oats or you can do it without them. :D Just put around four times the amount of milk as seeds and your flavourings like honey, fruit etc.. and shake the jar, leave it overnight, done!

I wasn't dismissing what you were saying, I was just pointing out that you can be transphobic but get on with a trans
