These are NOT the plans to the house extension (they are for the eviction studio).

These ARE the plans to the house extension. Going off assumption, drawing 1 appears to be the back of the building. Drawing 2 appears to be camera access/fire exits. I'm assuming that drawing 3 is where the new entrance doors will be. I'm also assuming that drawing 4 will be facing the new garden.

There was a very, very small shot of the construction site in the corner of Too Much TV today (during a segment on Pointless). From what I can make out, the eye stage has definitely gone!

Just above the truck is the house (which you can't usually see because the eye stage is in the way).

Pointless is filmed at Elstree, I know that.

It was on Too Much TV (http://www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer/episode/b074b748/too-much-tv-15032016), NOT on Pointless. It was during a segment that went behind-the-scenes of Pointless, which is filmed at Elstree. The screencap was literally in the corner of the screen, showing the Big Brother house which is not usually visible from that distance because the eye stage takes up the view. The fact that the house is visible means that the eye stage is now gone.

Bit of an update in that the "Determination Deadline" has now been extended by a week until 24 March 2016.

Hope this isn't a sign that the plans will be rejected.

Looking at the dates on the application there seems to be an "Actual Committee Date" today (17 March) so a decision could still be made soon but the extension of the deadline to 24 March and the application expiry date being 29 March it might not look too good for the changes to the house and exterior set being granted.

That's been in the pipeline ever since the C4 days - last time around they got as far as clearing the land but not much further. I think this is actually on a reduced scale to the last plan which planned to build pretty much up to the boundary of the Big Brother compound.
