Janelle searching the entire house for a bed and still not being able to find one :love: Janelle and Ivette trying to find a secret bedroom :love: Rachel finding out about the secret bedroom and trying to keep it to herself but then giving up and telling everybody :love: Rachel fuming about Jennifer locking her out the bedroom (or something like that) :love: Sarah sleeping the entire time Rachel was creeping around the secret bedroom :love: Rachel's plan to use the veto on Ashlea to get Jennifer out and then not doing it :love: Ashlea not standing up for her speech :love: Janelle nearly winning HoH :love:

I am liking this series so far and genuinely like everyone in the top 10 but people like Beau, Michael and Jennifer could do with a bit more airtime (I had to google who Michael was because I forgot :conf2:) and Howie just seems suuuper self absorbed/overconfident but I feel like he will grow on me

Janelle: I adore her! Truly stunning queen, her relationship with Michael and friendship with Kaysar and her using Chess to determine whether people will be good at the game or not :love:

Michael: Him being evicted was tragic tbh. But against Janelle it had to be done, even though neither of them should've gone. Eric calling him a pervert :skull: I felt bad for him tbh, though he put Eric in his place and Eric desperately trying to make himself look better :skull: I liked him anyway

Jennifer: Despite her being highly UTR (UTRN in W1 imo) I really like her. I just wish she got more airtime because from what we have seen of her she has a great personality and seems like a really nice person, a shame she got dragged into the Michael and Eric mess this week ("Do you feel like I molested you?" :skull:)

Sarah: Same as Jennifer as in a very UTR presence but I really like her, and her relationship with James is so cute :love:

Ivette: I'm really disappointed in her tbh as I loved her in the first week. But she's just too far up Eric's ass and her trying to get involved in everything ("Kaysar you have NO respect for women!" "I need to calm down and not raise my voice but I'm Latin so it's gonna be hard :p") :skull: But she does have her good points which is why she's still in green (only just) and above others

Howie: I think I was right in the fact that I may slowly warm to Howie as despite not being as prominent as he was last week, I have actually felt more positive towards him: him in the eating task :love: him showing off his body :love: idk I just like him a bit more now

April: Same as Ivette tbh with the fact that I'm disappointed as I liked her in W1 but she's just one of Eric's minions with very little substance

Overall great season with gripping strategy and television. Lisa was an OK winner, not as good as Will, Dan or Jun, but not as bad as Jordan, Steve or Nicole.
The first half of the season, she was extremely dull, and spent most of her time making Eric hard. Though after Eric's eviction, we saw her true self and had a lot of great strategical moves, especially when she voted Amy to go back into the house, not Eric.
Though Danielle was robbed, but I don't think the jury not being sequestered for that year was the only factor of her defeat. The way she and Jason, her closest ally, played the final HOH competition was a TRAINWRECK, especially her letting go of her key during the endurance competition. The other factor is her very poor jury management, especially her refusal to answer some of the questions regarding her behaviour, or only giving short one sentence answers.
Though I think some Lisa voters, especially Chiara, Josh and Tonya actually wanted Danielle to win, but voted with the majority because they were afraid of being judged, and also due to the harsh comments the other Jurors have said.
Anyway, the winner was also good and it didn't affect my opinion of this season AT ALL, and I would want to re-watch it all over again if I wanted to.
Off to my next BBUS re-watch!

I think the only people whose votes were potentially affected by the Jury not being sequestered were Gerry and Josh. Everyone else had reasons to not vote for Danielle without getting into the DRs and the episodes and whatnot.

Then again, Danielle and Jason could've just evicted Lisa at F4 but hey :shrug:

Danielle was screwed if she was up with Jason, he would probably have won by a 10-0 vote, but that would still make him one of the greatest winners ever.

If she was up with Amy, that would be a completely different story, and Danielle might have won by a 6-4 vote.

I mean I like this season and all, the arguments almost every episode are always entertaining, not one has made me feel uncomfortable yet, but the problem is that one episode tends to have a storyline which lasts throughout the whole episode, which only involves like half the house.

Say Jordan and Jeff vs Lydia and Kevin vs Braden, these five houseguests were the stars of the show and their argument (and the aftermath) took up majority of the highlights, and it doesn't give the rest a lot of screentime, which explains why HGs I love, like Natalie, dropping 10 places down...

Chima's final speech to her HGs was iconic though...
"Whoever votes for a guy who calls Lydia a skank and a slut, are misogynistic and bigots."

I gotta say I disagree though on the BB16 cast. The female cast was fine and I thought the male cast was VERY strong. Overall a top-tier cast and that's what really benefits the season IMO.

The Launch Night vibe was very good, especially since these people were participating in this blindly, and I believe BBUS was the first ever English-speaking BB to commence.

Based on how fast you complete your BBUK watches, you will be done with one in 1 1/2 weeks! They are only max 40 episodes per season... (BB1 has 70 but it's the UK format and a bore from the three days I saw)

2,3,6,10,11,17, OTT and the recent CBB are all iconic! Though I suggest you watch in order because BBUS tends to get spoilery especially fron BB7 onwards when they start bringing back ex-HGs regularly...
