TiBB's The Bachelorette Season 2 Game Thread

Tom* and Daniel-X are this years Bachelorette's:

This season will see not one, but two Bachelorette's take to the stage in the quest to find love in a surprising twist.

About the game:

All of the rules are adopted from its parent show, The Bachelor. The series revolves around a single bachelorette (deemed eligible), who is usually a reject from the previous Bachelor season, and a pool of romantic interests, which could include a potential husband for the bachelorette. The format is the same as the parent show. Unlike The Bachelor, one of two male suitors proposes to the bachelorette for the final selection. The Bachelor does not, however, always propose at the end of the show.

Theme:

This years theme is all about diversity and acceptance no matter your sexuality, race etc. This series will see both men and women contestants as part of a twist which will see the Bachelorette's potentially find love with a person of the same sex.

There is also another theme lurking in the mist, hiding in plain sight. This series will be very interesting with two Bachelorette's and this will be the catalyst for the biggest twist the game will ever see.


The elimination process

On each Bachelorette episode, the bachelorette interacts with the men and presents a rose to each man she wishes to remain on the show. Those who do not receive a rose are eliminated. Eliminations are based upon the bachelorette's personal feelings about each contestant, guided primarily by the impression made by each man during dates or other events of the week. Most roses are presented at a rose ceremony at the end of each episode, but roses can also be bestowed on dates.

Setting:

At the beginning of filming the contestants stay in "Villa De La Vina," a 7,590-square-foot (705 m2), six-bedroom, nine-bath home in Agoura Hills, California. The custom home, built in 2005, is located on 10 acres at 2351 Kanan Road. As of October 10, 2008, the home was listed for sale at a price of US$8.75 million. Later on episodes are filmed traveling the world.

Summary

Launch - 10 contestants enter the mansion! Contestants paired up: Vince (SuperV) and Melody (Anaesthesia), Ivy (kirklancaster) and Ness (NorthNessie), Marc (Babayaro.) and Felicity (Who Is She?), Lynn (armand.kay) and Roger (Shaun) and Ezra (Jack.) and Max (LukeB). Lake tasks begins!

Day 2 - The Lake tasks concludes! Marc (Babayaro.) and Felicity (Who Is She?) win, which means immunity from day 3's elimination. Marc (Babayaro.) spends a romantic night with Nicole (Tom*)! Melody (Anaesthesia) and Vince (SuperV) win Poem Of Love task which means immunity from day 3's elimination, Melody (Anaesthesia) goes on dinner date with Nicole (Tom*).

Day 3 - Roger (Shaun) and Lynn (armand.kay) win Shouting For Survival task! Ezra (Jack.), Max (LukeB), Ness (NothNessie) and Ivy (kirklancaster) faced the rose ceremony. Ezra (Jack.) and Ness (NorthNessie) eliminated. Max (LukeB) and Ivy (Kirklancaster) get to select two people to win immunity from the next rose ceremony. Ivy (kirklancaster) fails to show, Nicole (Tom*) selects there person instead. Roger (Shaun) and Marc (Babayaro.) win immunity! Gift Of Survival task revealed!

Day 4 - Gift Of Survival tasks concludes! Vince (SuperV) wins, resulting in immunity from rose ceremony and dinner date with Nicole (Tom*). Ivy (kirklancaster) comes 2nd, resulting in other night stay with Nicole (Tom*) and immunity from rose ceremony. Felicity-Mae (Who Is She?) eliminated in the rose ceremony. Pool Party task revealed, Nicole (Tom*) sends Marc (Babayaro), Ivy (kirklancaster), Melody (Anaesthesia) and Max (LukeB), to the Pool Party. Margret (Marsh.) enters, immune from day 5's rose ceremony.

Day 5 - Pool Party tasks concludes. Marc (Babayaro.), Ivy (Kirklancaster) and Melody (Anaesthesia) all given roses after Pool Party task. Max (LukeB) fails to receive and sent to rose ceremony. All those facing rose ceremony attend Dinner Date Ceremony with Nicole (Tom*), Vince (SuperV) receives first rose. Lynn (armand.kay) doesn't receive a rose at the end of the date, and therefore was eliminated.

Day 6 - we travel to Angeles National Forest! Spot The Wildlife task commences, Marc (Babayaro.) and Vince (SuperV) win the task! Nicole (Tom*) sends two contestants to live in a cave, Marc (Babayaro.) and Vince are immune from entering. Max (LukeB) and Margaret (Marsh.) sent to live in cave, told to write a plea as one of them will be eliminated tonight. Other five contestants travel to L.A. to spend the evening with Nicole (Tom*). Nicole awards immunity to Marc (Babayaro.) and Ivy (kirklancaster), they won't face the next rose ceremony. We head back to the cave and Nicole (Tom*) eliminates Max (LukeB). It's revealed that an eliminated contestant will re-enter the game and have a second chance at finding love! The public poll open and all eliminated contestants apart from Max (LukeB) have a chance of re-entering. Ness (NorthNessie) wins to vote with 15 points. Ness re-enters!

Day 7 - Nicole (Tom*) is situated at a famous L.A. landmark and the five contestants who are playing the task have to guess where Nicole is. Nicole (Tom*) is situated at Hollywood Walk of Fame! Ness (NorthNessie) wins the task and immunity from rose ceremony. We travel to Mexico City and Nicole (Tom*) gets to know the contestants facing the rose ceremony better. Margaret (Marsh) and Roger (Shaun) eliminated. Contestants will then decide which contestant leaves next in a twist! Nicole (Tom*) choices Marc (Babayaro.) to be immune from the twist. Melody (Anaesthesia) is eliminated by her fellow contestants with 3 points.

Day 8 - Hometown Dates! We first travel to Ness' (NorthNessie) L.A. house and meet her mum called Sasha (Mokka) and brother called Brooklyn (Will.). We then travel to Marc's home in Washington D.C. and meet Jonathan (Firewire), Ross (Ross.) and Rob (Rob!). Next up is Ivy's (kirklancaster) home in Iowa, we meet her father, Johnny (Johnnyuk123). Last up is Vince's (SuperV) home in the outskirts of Los Angeles, we meet his Aunt, LaMinaj/Shazza (Mokka). Nicole (Tom*) sends Vince (SuperV) home in the rose ceremony.

Day 9 - Thailand trip! The remaining three contestants go on dates with Nicole (Tom*). Marc (Babayaro.) goes on a Thai massage date with Nicole (Tom*), Ivy (kirklancaster) goes on a beach dinner date with Nicole (Tom*) and Ness (NorthNessie) goes hiking to a temple with Nicole (Tom*). Ness (NorthNessie) is sent home in the rose ceremony. Marc (Babayaro.) and Ivy (kirklancaster) confirmed as final two!


Men/Women Tell All - Lynn Spirit (armand.kay) first to be interviewed! Ness (NorthNessie) is next to be interviewed! Nicole (Tom*) is last to be interviewed.

Final (day 10) - we meet Nicole's parents, Doreen (Lostie!) and Carol (_LucasMichael_). Ivy (kirklancaster) goes on final date with Nicole (Tom*), the pair go on a luxury boat trip. Marc (Babayaro.) is next to go on the final luxury boat trip. Nicole (Tom*) meets with the final two to reveal her true feelings, she choices Marc (Babayaro.) as the winner after revealing she loves him. Ivy (kirklancaster) is sent home as Marc (Babayaro.) receives the final rose! Marc (Babayaro.) proposes to Nicole (Tom*), she accepts!

After The Final Rose - Nicole (Tom*), Marc. (Babayaro.) and Ivy (kirklancaster) are interviewed!
