okay why don't you explain to me how you did it. I mean you're so offended I would claim you stole from someone else, you shouldn;t have any problem telling me how you made it. In detail.

I used the Heartbeats promo pic from Lady-Gaga.net and made two layers on Paint.net, then I cut the image down to 700x376 size on layer 1 and copied the same mage onto layer 2 but made the hue blue and lowered the saturation slightly.

After that I added the text with the top line on layer 4 and the bottom line on layer 5. Later, on layer 6 - I added two black bars at the bottom and top, then I used layer 7 to use bars the same size but make them lighter into a shade of grey. I then faded layers 6 and 7 together from the right of the graphic and finally flattened the image into what it is now.

Well it's better than i have ever done it and you can only see the jaggered bits when you look close up.

hm well on paint.net you can have different layers, so i start with a blank white layer beneath then put the image on top, and just use the rubber to outline it lol

or there is this magic brush thing when you click on the image and it doesnt it automatically if there is a bold stand out image

I use animation shop for things like that, never tried it in photoshop actually.
