Neda, as HoH, exposed Cassandra's game by getting everyone to talk to her about Cassandra and pumping Cassandra to get her to throw others under the bus, or to the wolves, as Neda is getting tired of "throw under the bus".

Glad Cass is going, no suprise there. I dont feel like Neda is being catty or trying to get her out because she is scared Cass is more popular, we have seen Cass was after Neda, and neither spoke game before neda won HOH, so its not like Cass should be saved because she is a return player. Cass is awful at the game, she was like it last year as well, but 1. She had Tim helping her, and 2, The cast last season was not as smart as this season are.

Copying the US version is one of the things that makes it look weak anyway, it should be improved on and organised better.

I kinda agree with this. I like Cassandra but that's because I find her more entertaining if anything. I didn't watch all of BBCan4 so I can't speak but I don't think she's this "strategic mastermind" that she's made out to be or thinks she is. She just seems to be comically catty and cocky (this was evident from the few weeks I saw of her in BBCan4 and moreso this season after watching feeds) and whilst I find that hilarious, she isn't exactly a great gameplayer.

In regards to Neda, I've liked her more this week but only because she's actually been interesting and a bitch on the feeds which I thought was quite fun to watch :laugh: But I can't help and feel that's only because her feud with Cassandra and she'll go back to being kinda boring like she was in the first two weeks now she's no longer HoH and Cassandra is out.

Cass played a great game last season, but there is a lot of truth to the fact that Tim reigned her in and helped her along - they made a good pairing. I think he said on Twitter a couple of weeks ago that she was perfectly capable of going far if she didn't overplay, and that's exactly what she did. She even said in preseason interviews she wasn't going to change her game (just pretend to the HGs that she had), but when your season is in recent memory that's not the greatest strategy :laugh:

She's so good to watch on the feeds though. I'll never forget that week last year when she (and Tim) managed to successfully change the target from herself to Joel when they were both on the block. It was a masterclass in social game and I think I said that they were the closest thing to Chilltown we'd had, honestly it was remarkable. But yeah, she overplayed too hard and too fast this time :(

Kevin is nauseating I actually can't stand to watch him, he might be one of my least favourite housemates of all time (including BBUK).

I don't really get why Neda is so disliked (that's the impression I get from the forum I don't know if it's true?), she's doing exactly what the game dictates should be done, she's basically a product of it, and although I don't really like her personality or her alliance I can't help but like and respect her as a player.

Thing is though in a vote to win/save type scenario like this was, someone who's generally disliked could still win, as BBUK has shown (Bear winning for example). So although she has a lot of supporters she could still have a lot of people who dislike her enough to vote for her in a negative vote. The impression I've got is that she was liked before but has lost popularity during this season (after she won that vote?) I never saw her series though so I don't really know what people thought of her before, just the impression I've got from reading posts on here.

Most people will just follow whatever the storyline is in the episodes, if it's 'bullying' Neda then they'll follow that.

Popularity does have some effect in the US style BB these days, as they do put public vote elements in it now as twists, though they are so expected now I'd hardly call them twists anymore.

Hmm I don;t like him after this most recent episode in particular but I still think i'd rather like Dre to stay, but they're both allies to Ika (maybe less so Gary) and that's got me stumped. Ika might be safer with dre bc of the french connection ties but on the other hand gary is a good gameplayer and might help her safety, idk.
