Format changes season to season.

But generally;
There is a day challenge, the winner has some advantage in the vote, the loser may go straight into elimination depending on the season.
The vote happens to decide the match up in the elimination round.
The elimination round occurs, the losing team goes home (or on in recent seasons, they go to redemption where they will get a chance to get back into the game later down the line)
Repeat this until less than 10 players remaining and then there is a long final race with many different tasks and puzzles to decide the winner/s.

Okay so I think the Challenge is kind of a garbage show and it's been a dumpster fire since like..... the Island in 2008? But something came over me (aka boredom) and I just watched the second half of the finale and l m f a o this **** is soooooooooooooo dramatic and all of these people are soooooooo uncomfortably crazy and unstable and this show really does such a shameless job in exploiting it and at least I was entertained tonight? I'm so removed from the Challenge that the only people I know are Paulie and Natalie (I don't even know The Thing That Never Goes Away aka Cara Maria :o) but *wow* these people are nuts and I don't understand how they're functional human beings in a real life society (spoiler, they're not because all they do is make appearances on the Challenge every six months!)

Okay so I think the Challenge is kind of a garbage show and it's been a dumpster fire since like..... the Island in 2008? But something came over me (aka boredom) and I just watched the second half of the finale and l m f a o this **** is soooooooooooooo dramatic and all of these people are soooooooo uncomfortably crazy and unstable and this show really does such a shameless job in exploiting it and at least I was entertained tonight? I'm so removed from the Challenge that the only people I know are Paulie and Natalie (I don't even know The Thing That Never Goes Away aka Cara Maria :o) but *wow* these people are nuts and I don't understand how they're functional human beings in a real life society (spoiler, they're not because all they do is make appearances on the Challenge every six months!)

The Lavender Ladies are annoying because I really love Amanda and Sylvia is a really good competitor and also lowkey funny. But I cannot STAND Shane and Ashley my god. Shane is the epitome of a bitchy gay and like he doesn't even make it funny and got well and truly ENDED by Da'Vonne and then ENDED FURTHER by Jozea when they fought. Ashley is a hot ass mess but not even in a productive way-- she's vile. But I can't help but think it's iconic she's played 4 seasons, quit prior to any challenges in 1 and then won 2. She is head and shoulders above any other challenger in the shows history when it comes to money earned through the show. What's funny is she has achieved that with MINIMAL work.

I think Champs vs Stars showed the real her - throwing her toys out the pram when money for charity was involved and generally self-imploding when she realised she had no shot of winning/production weren't willing to rig for her.

1. Marie - Messy legend, shame about her alliances.
2. Melissa - Queen of the UK and being strategic :love: She was given a hard time whilst Kayleigh/Natalie were doing similar strategies.
3. Leroy - Hilarious guy, needed more airtime! His explosion towards Tony was comical
4. Cara Maria - Queen of standing up for what's right, as usual!
5. Victor - Really enjoyed him here, shocked!!!
6. Bananas - He was a scream this season ngl. One highlight that comes to mind was shouting at Veronica in elimination "think of the wine back at the house" :joker:
7. Alicia - Undeservedly had a hard time, and backstabbed by Natalie :/
8. Veronica - Hardly shown and deserved more!
9. Nicole Z. - Enjoyed what she brought to the house (especially getting rid of Shane).. wasn't a big fan of her sabotaging Alicia though.
10. Cory - Based on aesthetic purposes.
11. Kam - Highly righteous at times and highly annoying at other times. Can't make my mind up... and aligned with the devil (Kailah)
12. Joss - Mostly for his elimination which had me grippT.
13. Nicole R. - She was a scream in that first challenge, wish we got to see more.
14. Kyle - Enjoyed getting to see him slowly fall in love with the Challenge, had a few funny commentaries too. Shame about him in FR.
15. Sylvia - She was there...then was ill....then vanished without trace.
16. Rogan - His premiere was a mess :laugh: He was a textbook successful rookie.
17. Kayleigh - Only this high for me feeling bad for her on luggagegate, otherwise she was her usual mean, bitchy self.
18. Jemmye - Prefer her as a narrator than being part of the bullies/being gamebotty,
19. Natalie - Wanted to like her but she did my head in jumping from man to man then playing the victim. She had no backbone and wouldn't own up to her moves. Biggest disappointment.
20. Brad - Probably a decent guy but didn't interest me once, even with the sob story.
21. Devin - Appreciate him setting up drama but I truly believe he's a psycho. Was horrendous at the reunion.
22. Eddie - Who? I don't even remember what he looked like
23. Tony - Way too cocky this time, #TonyTime is annoying af.
24. Britni - Liked her in FR but she was pretty bad in this one, assisting in being a mean girl to Kayleigh, one sided feud with Marie & horrid showmance.

Arena Game: Caspar beating Arian (who was considered one of the strongest stars) and yeah Arian didn't get saved (not surprised :hehe: )
