Still can't get my head around Ashley being an official 'Champ' now and even more that she beat Camilla to get there. I'd say Camilla is probably the greatest female competitor to ever play this game.

I loved Ev!!! As a competitor she was a beast but sadly i think all that drama she got caught up in the last time she competed was the last straw for her and she hasn't been back since.
Yeah.........Laureal's a beast but there was nothing 'lucky' about Camilla slaughtering her last Season. That should have been Laurel's comp to win but it wasn't even close.
Laurel's biggest problem is her ego (and the clinger she picked up during the Season :laugh:).

I just watched the first episode of 'Champs vs. Pros'. Really enjoyed it. It's SUPER competitive. Louise Hazel is awesome........as ever! Nice to see a Brit on The Challenge

Veronica's a barely recognizable shadow of her former self. She shouldn't have left it so long between Challenges.

I love this concept and I have watched the challenge for many many seasons now. SO excited because I feel this charity season keeps the momentum going for this series to continue. This show just gets better every week! Wes is killing it this Season. Great to see him excelling instead of being constantly sniped by Bananas the asshole . So glad Wes sent Bananas home early on. He brings such negative energy to these challenges.

Did anyone else finish watching this week?
I was very impressed with this charity series. The dimensions of pro athletes vs the vets was an interesting watch...and it elevated the overall show in a lot of ways. Showing that the vets can physically compete against pros legitimized The Challenge competition wise, and the charity aspect made even bananas seem like less of a greedy git. I loved the between competitions footage where Pros and Champs were having genuine conversations as well.

I also fell in love with Wes again this series. He has alwats been a favourite of mine since he first appeared on real world... but the recent challenges he's been on have given him a bad edit. He came of well in this series... him and CT did.

Not really... the show has always brought in replacements if someone goes home for any reason other than game play near the beginning of the series... and CT was in the promo to be there... on the way to be there... and had booked time off of life to be there but was stopped by a bad customs officer... hardly his own fault.

I know... you would think they would just alter the eliminations in the season rather than bring people in... but they have just never done that. They have their plan for episodes based on numbers... and they try to stick to it as best they can. Every season where some one walks in the first couple of episodes... a replacement walks in. It's how they always do it.

I guess I view that as how the game is played at this point... vets are the target of rookies... rookie are the target of vets. She rolls with the vets... and is mainly loyal to CT... but would cut Johnny out if and when she can.

Look at what happen last episode... the rookies got rid of her the first chance they got... and she had deals with some of them. She has to play the hand she is dealt to get to the end. Unfortunately she gets lumped in with Bananas... and has to seal with it.

This has been ok, though damn they have been annoying with the cliffhanger format they mess about with. Sometimes you don't even know who is going into the challenge till the next episode. You can normally depend on the challenges being interesting most of the time.

It was interesting to see them mix things up and bringing people from other reality shows (and surprisingly from the UK, which I didn't think was possible, maybe it's not solely a US production then). The British people have inevitably been sidelined as they are newbies and don't really know the game. Bananas always seems to be good value on this show though I know he annoys some, interesting to see him team up with Natalie (who I didn't like on BB). Would have been interesting to see her vendetta as James lol.

All these votes in front of everybody else does make it very sheep-like and doesn't really work.

It’s not the last season, but supposedly it’s the end of the trilogy of Dirty 30 and Vendettas. The whole trilogy was about revenge. In dirty 30, the dirtiest players played where rivals were formed. The rivals played out in Vendettas. And it will all end in the Final Reckoning.

The British contestants have pretty much been pushed to the side, maybe they don't have much experience of the game too.

Natalie has done ok, though I didn't like her on BB.

Celeb BB isn't real BB to me, it's only a short time and it's watered down. So I wouldn't compare that to the normal US BB.

Natalie has hopped on to the dick of the male camera***** that appears on every season just to ruin another seasons, and Kayleigh has just left the game after being bullied out of the house by a bunch of mean girls for kissing Natalie's (sort of) man in the first few days.

I feel bad watching Kayleigh getting bullied so badly like that but I'm glad she stood her ground. I guess it's karma for how she behaved on BBUK though. I've enjoyed her on this season much more than I have on any other RTV shows, I'd quite like to see her and Melissa back next season.

I'm not sure how I feel about non champ winners playing for the champs. I love Killer Kam... but she's been in one season of the challenge. Devin sent home Bananas sure, but he has never been the top athlete of the series. It's like the concept for the show is already getting watered down.

I think she did that to stir up trouble amongst the Champs, and also not give them too big of a numbers advantage on the Red Team, because the Stars already had the numbers on the Blue Team, so gaining an extra number would've just made the Champs gap between the Stars bigger on the Red team too.

Although the Power Play was pretty much the same as last week :laugh: It's quite clear the producers are rigging it for the Stars but idc I'm here for it!

I was thinking about the power play seeming to be in favour of the stars... but I actually am for the rigging by the producers. The stars took a bit of time to catch on to what the game was... and how it's actually played. This is just correcting it to be an even playing field imo. Also, they would have a hard time getting stars in the future if they didn't do something to correct the original blood bath.
