If you look at the first page of this thread, you’ll notice that Nicky’s reaction to finding out that Gemma was the newest celebrity confirmed was “I can’t stand that arrogant woman” but I love that he’s open to having new favourites and doesn’t base them on first impressions :wavey:

Aston, for me personally i find him not very likeable, a bit too much in love with himself, having said that i want him to do well because i very much like Janette, so i am struggling, on the one side i like their dances cause of Janette, on the other hand, i can't really like him, but that's the same i have with Alexandra Burke, i like Gorka but not Alex

It's Not Unusual is Amy's fave song, since she's from Wales and she's a huge tom jones fan :love: and they are going to do some Shirley ballas jive moves, a sort of homage to Shirley's dancing career, sounds fun, but nothing said about the song too slow for the jive, well Amy has danced many Jive's throughout the competitions she has been doing, and she's current uk champion so i think she has some knowledge as well

The waltz isn't as easy as it looks. It takes a lot of control to maintain the frame and correct footwork. But I think Aston can do it. He's been a working really hard to learn it corr correctly.

Yeah but it's still the easiest Ballroom , it's 1,2,3 basic steps compared to a quickstep or even Foxtrot ( but obviously the technique has to be there , footwork etc like you said).

But yeah they all take practice and work but I think some dances are slightly easier than others but still hard , the cha cha seems like the easiest Latin but again takes practice like anything .

Ian is probably being more critical of Aston because he's such a good dancer maybe?:shrug:.
I don't watch IT Takes Two so I don't know .

But Aston is like a professional so I don't understand how anyone can underestimate him :rolleyes:, unless they find it hard to believe he's so good and they think he'll have a dance that's his kryptonite ,as even the best dancers in strictly history have struggled sometimes with at least 1 or 2 dances.

Yeah but it's still the easiest Ballroom , it's 1,2,3 basic steps compared to a quickstep or even Foxtrot ( but obviously the technique has to be there , footwork etc like you said).

But yeah they all take practice and work but I think some dances are slightly easier than others but still hard , the cha cha seems like the easiest Latin but again takes practice like anything .

Ian is probably being more critical of Aston because he's such a good dancer maybe?:shrug:.
I don't watch IT Takes Two so I don't know .

But Aston is like a professional so I don't understand how anyone can underestimate him :rolleyes:, unless they find it hard to believe he's so good and they think he'll have a dance that's his kryptonite ,as even the best dancers in strictly history have struggled sometimes with at least 1 or 2 dances.
But even when he's struggling he still does a great job. He found the quickstep his hardest dance so far.

I haven't watched the clips yet on YT but I've voted for both Alexandra & Aston :fc:. I viewed the leaderboard online and I'm not happy :inamood: . So many dancers are merged with the same score, it's a weird position.

I blame Bruno if a good dancer is in the B2 or gets kicked out :fist::facepalm:, he isn't even committed to Strictly why won't they Sack him ! , If his work schedule is soo "busy" then he should leave and tonight they should of gotten a guest judge to keep the scoring level, I'm sure one year Donnie Osman was a judge .
