Personally I'd like a system put in place where goals can either be added or removed after the game has finished if the Referee has made a massive blunder during the game, like what happened to Mane against Everton.

I know that my idea is really controversial because it would be overturning results after the game, but it would cut out the bias that the Referee and VAR do show sometimes during the game.

I think that sometimes Liverpool would get soft free kicks that Man City weren't getting imo.

Referees are a disgrace though, I still firmly have the Sheffield Wednesday penalty against us this season firmly in mind. And the Watford goal against Stoke where the Stoke keeper was fouled over the line.

Just the way I saw the game .. most felt Villa were by far the best team in the night tbf

Plus the ref missed Antonio blocking the Villa keeper for your first goal then the ref and VAR missed the foul / penalty claim at the end as they gave him offside by 5mm instead ... didn’t even check the foul !?!?!

Was quite impressed with the stadium sound from the Spurs fans there, actually. I thought I had the Smackdown chants option enabled at first, but it was as decent an audible atmosphere as you could hope for right now.

I'd be happy with Spurs going all the way if Liverpool cake it. I guess it's the whole you don't win anything empathy. The neutral in me would find it immensely satisfying.

Plus Mourinho's Amazon face turn is still good with me. I find him oddly endearing now.

I think the best they can hope for with Ole is to be like us in 2014. Massively entertaining shooting forward, bottling unnecessary games, always pipped to the post. I really dont get these constant crosses into the box. Giroud left three years ago we dont have the players to play like that any more. I hate watching us, we're very predictable and there are clear fitness issues. We run out of gas after 60 minutes. If we dont score early we dont stand much chance against anyone

Arteta's naive but there are some plus points. Xhaka's indiscipline today solves a problem, for me, he doesnt have the legs to play the way Arteta wants and I hope someone like Willock or Maitland-Niles are given a decent go in Xhaka's absence. He needs to be phased out of the team TBh and I'm surprised he plays so many games.

The problem is we're predictable. We build downs the wings and hits crosses from way out on the flanks - often to no one in the box - Burney and most Premiership teams will take that all day. And we're not passing sharply enough to create more clear cut chances. Arteta's tatics need to change and he needs to adjust to his best team ., which I still dont think he knows.

Who would you guys play in that game Girth and Shaun? And what tactics do you think that Arteta should go with to try and win the game?

The midfield is the main problem; Xhaka has been completely stale and inspired nothing in terms of attacking football. Maybe Willock would be better, maybe Ceballos, maybe Ozil... but to be honest I just don't think Aubameyang does enough, and don't think Lacazette is good enough aside from his 1 or 2 games a season where he seems to have lucky pants on. I honestly think he's a downgrade from Giroud.

We've just become a cash cow for agents to milk obscene wages out of, and I don't see it changing.
