Jake - The city is perfect. I love the research you've done on it to ensure only the best is acceptable and the hotel is perfect. Spacious rooms, and a pool that looks like something from assassins creed. Whats not to love?

I'm more of a plain colours guy than a patterned - but there was absolutely no way for you to know that, so I can't judge you too harshly, and the pink and green numbers for LS is a great choice.

You've provided a fine array of entertainment all varied and offering different experiences. If you could have convinced the city to take the blue lighting off the liver building I'd have been even more impressed.

Extra credit for planning free time in to the schedule and for even thinking about us getting home.

Unfortunately, your inability to convince the model in the pink outfit to replace LS on this trip does leave a sour taste in the mouth. Good job.

Nicky - what you've done I love. Who wouldn't want to wear a suit modelled by the situation? As he's my spiritual and personal mentor (although luckily not my tax advisor) you've made a great choice. I love Ammi's outfits even more. Perfect for the professional lady with one eye on happy hour. Any chance to see some animals is perfect for me, you could put me in the zoo everyday and I'd have a great time.

The fact you've checked out the reviews to make sure you're bringing us the best hotel shows a keen eye for detail that is super impressive.

However, I feel like not using all of your money was a small mistake. I love the fact you're bringing us some money back, but you're not being judged on that, you're judged on how well you've spent the money, so I definitely feel like you missed an opportunity to wow our client with a champagne reception, a show, or even a just a trip round the local attractions.

Nice choice of hotel and a really interesting entertainments outing, especially a sightseeing tour. I love checking out new places, and the fact you've taken care of that for me is a plus.

Matthew - definitely my favourite outfit for me this round, and i want to thank you for trying to minx ammi up a bit with that red dress.

Great choice with the clothes and entertainment - I was watching some of the sister act songs on YT a couple of weeks ago so the timing couldn't have been better. Great choice of hotels and the facilities there are perfect for mixing business and pleasure.

1. The funniest thing to happen to me this week.... is we have been invited to a lip sync battle over zoom next week. So me and my wife randomly spent the whole evening the other night lip syncing duet songs to each other, and taping it. I couldnt have got the words to Pierce Brosnan and Meryl Streeps SOS any more wrong but I did smash Katie Price and Peter Andre A whole new world!. But got proper into it and ended up weeing from laughing to hard! My wife sent the tapes to her mum and dad. I wasnt happy about that! How embarrassing!

2. This is a hard question as I have so many fictional and historal people I admire. But who do I identify with....this might seem random but I will say Andy from Toy Story. Yes I know...but I have grown in the same sort of time frame as him. Its now been 25 years since Toy Story was released. But when it came out I was just a young boy and I used to play with all my toys and have a special place in my heart for them just like he did. I used to take photos of them and stuff. Really sad I know. When I was naughty my dad would chop one of my toys up such as a dinosaur etc. So cruel but worked I was pretty well behaved as a child. Anyway because of toy story I believed my toys could also come to life and would often creep into my room to see if I could catch them out! Anyway just as Andy grew so did I. But when I went to watch toy story 3 in the cinema a few weeks before I was getting married and leaving my home that Id lived in for my whole life, 22 years, and leaving my family so was quite emotional anyway, when I saw those toys holding hands scared they were gonna be destroyed as well as when woody says so long partner to Andy I dont think I have cried in the cinema before that im just happy it was dark!

2020 has been one hell of a hard year for everyone. On top of the covid and lockdown hell I also had a moment this year where I thought my wife and baby were going to die. My wife was ill for quite a long time and I stepped up to the plate with 3 kids under 5 years old. Despite me being an emotional person, most would view as being small and weak, I feel I have shown a lot of courage and acheived things most men probably couldnt have


4. My main strength has just been enjoying myself. Not to view a task as a task but as a learning opportunity. To throw yourself in to it and try and get a really good result from it. I have just loved the process. My weakness has being on designing tasks. Im not an artistic person I wouldnt know where to start. But I have a plan in my head of what the finished result would be and contributed my ideas to the people that can design things. How did I turn it into a positive, Id say learning that working with others in a team can bring an idea to life. On the mascot task I didnt have confidence in myself but tried my best with he design and got quite good feedback


5. I dont like the word oppostition. That would imply I feel like I deserve to win more than them. But we all deserve it. We have all put in our best effort and come up with great results. We all bring different skills. So it all depends what your looking for in an apprentice. But as I dont want to chicken out of answering the question, I will say Nicky. Nicky has found things challenging in tasks. He has felt like giving up at times. But hasnt. He has shown passion and determination and I admire that

6. Without a shadow of a doubt, Strictly! I enjoy dancing on ice but its a show that is watchable on a sunday night to pass the time with and gets us through winter. But Strictly builds up to winter builds us up to that Christmas countdown which in itself is exciting. But strictly is just glorious to the eyes, it is full of colour and glam. We get to know all the professionals really well and are excited to see which celeb they will be paired with. As for dancing on ice I struggle to name even one of the professionals. What I love with Strictly is all the different dance styles the celebs have to learn you get to see their dance journey throughout the competition. The music is great, the costumes are great, oh I could go on and on, oh and dancing on ice doesnt have Oti Mabuse!

Just like Sandy from Grease. Im hopelessly devoted to you. I have a track record I would like to think of my devotion to you, I have had all of my tasks done way before the deadline everytime. This is with juggling a 7 hour a day job and 3 kids to tend to when I get home. So Im a multitasker so will work hard for you and find time for tibb too!

9. Im going to say Mitchell. Mitchell doesnt have it easy a lot of the time, he has his struggles I think he is brave to tell us about that. But none the less most things he says always makes me laugh, his hosting of tibb on ice this year has been fantastic. Also when I have been a bit more open or vunerable on here and said things that I feel he has sent me messages in the past letting me know he supports me and that means a lot


10. I have a lot of debt that can play on my mind from time to time and be distracted. Id pay those off so I can be even more focused. I would buy a car as mine feels like it could blow up at the moment. Id treat my family to a holiday, whenever that may be!

1. funniest thing that happened to me this week: me actually winning a TiBB Game for the very first time, i did not expect that at all to win Celeb Karaoke Club

2. i tend to identify with that one little kid in Jurassic Park, Tim who is also a huge dinosaur nerd, but for that same perspective more recently now also Camp Cretaceous's Darius & Brooklynn mix, i mean i would also get similar curious as Brooklynn and spying on Wu's Lab sorry have to include a spoiler for those who haven't seen that series yet

3. Live and Let Live, i just solely aim for more positivity in the world

4. my main strength is my passion in the tasks, my weakness is i tend to want to give up, but i need to be motivated into climbing back up again (i love the feedback given to me by Slim and Ammi so far)

5. Strictly Jake, i must mention him, he is definitely the strongest, most consistent, passionate player in this process, also i admire his attention for detail in tasks, for that same reason i would love being in a duo with him, i think we would slay these tasks quite perfectly

Strictly BY FAR, i know i've acted quite messy before and all that, but i really have a love for finding out everything there is to know about Latin and Ballroom dances, as well as the specialty dances (Salsa, Argentine Tango, Charleston), i personally love Contemporary and Jazz and they should be a standard dance, no longer couples choice and ditch Streetdance, Strictly also changed my perspective for celebrities too, i mean i got to really know Emma Weymouth, Daisy Lowe a lot better and totally loving them, also the NFL star Jason Bell who i did not know before, i do quite like a lot, his enthusiasm i kinda can identify with, + i am overjoyed i can create the songs/dances news articles (a job i take very seriously)

7. Tomato's, never have beans on a fry up myself, but that is more typical dutch thing, we usually have tomato's, bacon, 2 slices of bread with fried eggs

8. nothing you can be sure of, i believe in fate and destiny, also i might be on TiBB, but i am also on wikipedia, a daily dosage of education for me (even though i am no longer at school of course, i still like to keep learning every day)

9. i'm gonna say Reece, always has been very friendly to me, and i also find him really great at debates, without ever making personal attacks or getting nasty, which is also a reason he earned my top points at ML last time

10. buy some cute christmas gifts for my parents probably, and maybe also invest in a charitable organisation to help improve the world, and make it a better place (lesser conflicts, lesser poverty)

This is perhaps the cruelest part of the whole process. You've all shown willing, talent, and stamina, and all 3 of you are only one step away from the final.

Jake.

You've been consistent throughout. You've followed the briefs, hit your deadlines, and you've looked for ways to add value and impress. For the most part you've generally delivered. Your city was easily the best, you designed your own mascot and you even got your rugrats involved.

However, I do have fears about whether you've flown under the radar a bit, and the fact that sonya and her trumpet was your weakest task, and also one of the most recent has me thinking that maybe you peaked too early in this process.

Another one that's grown into the competition. You didn't quite get it at the start, but over the tasks you've been producing better and better results. Your fox was definitely the most handsome mascot, you gave us an interesting tour of your city, and your enthusiasm has been off the charts.

However, I think you know you overstepped the mark on occasion, and anyone who is going to be my business partner can't be doing that.

i know what my problems are, that i lack self-confidence, but i'm learning now and i won't let you down in this final Lord Sugar, also at the interview i didn't complain and went through that very easily

This isn't easy. Like I said, positives and negatives to both of you. If you could see our team room, you would see decisions going back and forth after pretty much every task. Favourites emerging, then falling back.

Before the start of the last task it was pretty neck and neck. Matthew definitely overcame the struggle of missing a task, and was actually the form candidate coming in to the final round.

So it really did come down to the last task.

Nicky, you smashed that last task out of the park. Some really thoughtful answers, although tomato's on a fry up? What on earth were you thinking?


Matthew, the mix up with times didn't help you out at all, and I feel that your last task was understandably a bit rushed, but it's on this basis that we had to judge you.

This is perhaps the cruelest part of the whole process. You've all shown willing, talent, and stamina, and all 3 of you are only one step away from the final.

Jake.

You've been consistent throughout. You've followed the briefs, hit your deadlines, and you've looked for ways to add value and impress. For the most part you've generally delivered. Your city was easily the best, you designed your own mascot and you even got your rugrats involved.

However, I do have fears about whether you've flown under the radar a bit, and the fact that sonya and her trumpet was your weakest task, and also one of the most recent has me thinking that maybe you peaked too early in this process.



I don't wanna hear it. One more word from you sunshine, and you'll be out the bloody door.

You started off at a disadvantage missing nearly the whole first task, and I'll be honest, I didn't expect you to last very long at that stage, but you've grown into it and you were the clear winner of Gemma task, and you've been getting stronger throughout. That MS paint unicorn (or whatever it was) was genius.

However, does that compensate for the fact that you missed a whole task?

Another one that's grown into the competition. You didn't quite get it at the start, but over the tasks you've been producing better and better results. Your fox was definitely the most handsome mascot, you gave us an interesting tour of your city, and your enthusiasm has been off the charts.

However, I think you know you overstepped the mark on occasion, and anyone who is going to be my business partner can't be doing that.

...the final is always quite a big task and obviously, working in a team as well ...so you might have complaining and moaning moments....don’t promise not to, Nicky because that’s fine also..to have them...?...but then just try to aim to get yourself back into task focus once you’ve complained and moaned to us all, just try to not stay in that moan and complain place for too long...we won’t judge you for complain and moan moments...only on task results etc...

The Final. The Task.

Finalists. Congratulations on making it so far. Please read the following carefully.

For the final you must firstly assemble a team comprising yourself and up to 3 other forum members to help you. It would be helpful if you get someone who can design a banner. You must name your team creatively. Please post this name and your team members in the thread.

As a team, you must select one category of goods e.g. menswear, ladieswear, jewellery, etc. Then you need to work together to make a mini-catalogue of products, they can be actual products you find on-line, you don't need to design your own don't worry.

Once you've done this, and the quicker the better as you'll then have more time for the rest of the task, you need to launch your teams very own shopping channel. Start a thread in Chat and Games with the name of your catalogue included in the title.*

During this task you must confer and share the workload of promoting your chosen goods in this thread as well as actively posting in the designated catalogue thread. You must inform forum members that they can place orders in your thread, and have the following restrictions to adhere to.

1 Your budget for purchasing the goods that you are going to sell on in your catalogue is a whopping £50k. For the purposes of this task all sales count as 100% profit and his budget doesn't get deducted from your sales obviously, or you'd be bankrupt**

2 Any one forum member can only make up to 15 purchases throughout the duration of the task.

3 Forum members may buy from just one team, or both if they wish.

4 Forum members can spend up to a maximum of £1,000 during the task. You are responsible for ensuring forum members know the rules.

5 You must work together to keep a ledger detailing all sales and indicating which sales person made the sale. You are allowed to post "adverts" on peoples walls inviting them to watch your shopping channel. Don't ask Arista. Lol.*

6 You may if you wish allocate each team member some time slots to promote the goods. This is optional.

The task will end at 7pm on Monday.
