I can take a bad score, heck my song choice was getting used for this round no matter what dance I had..

It's the lackadaisical judging that's grating. The first thing I would check is if the song choice fits all aspects of the theme set out.

But I've said my bit now, and I feel a bit mean.

So I apologise to all concerned for that.

Ps, i originally sent Jake the go gos version of my song but luckily, or foolishly I checked the country of their origin so changed it to the original version by FB3

my choice was actually my second choice, i first had JoJo - Leave (Get Out) more the title of the song which could be used for brexit, but mine was american and Jake told me to change song from a british artist and that one immediately got to my mind, in terms of what fits the dance perfectly and fits well into the brexit theme lyrics wise
