i am forced in law to pay a tv licence, if i had a choice to pay or not, then employees of the bbc can say whatever they like and i can choose if i want to pay knowing that. I agree that the BBC has not been consistent in its implementation of impartiality rules, but that doesn't give lineker a free pass. To watch all live premiership games you need to subscribe to Sky, BT Sports and Prime. Live football is better watched down the pub than by subscribing IMO as the services are all quite limited for the price.
