fiona does the traitor really well

08-01-2026, 08:57 PM
Why is Fiona throwing Rachel under the bus.
It’s human nature. It’s a very tense game.
…yeah there’s so much about it that is so chilling, like when they were in cages in the woods in the dark and an axman was pacing…they know it’s not real but I can’t imagine that must create in them…it’s a very unique game…
Benjamin
08-01-2026, 08:58 PM
Oh Fiona, awful move.
Benjamin
08-01-2026, 08:58 PM
Why has Fiona got it in for Rachel? She seems to think Rachel is against her.
fiona is coming across as a bit deranged
…wow, where did that come from with Fiona…is this because she didn’t think that Rachel had Stephen’s back and she thought she should have…?..
…Rachel v Fiona, then…the battle of the traitors…
Benjamin
08-01-2026, 09:00 PM
fiona is coming across as a bit deranged
She really is. She’s very paranoid and it’s annoying me. It’s going to ruin both hers and Rachel’s chances.
…is that within the rules that Fiona can try to out another traitor and they’re not even at the round table…?….
Stephen is going to get off scot free :joker:

she has to vow loyalty to the traitors at the beginning
…I preferred red cape Fiona…
Benjamin
08-01-2026, 09:02 PM

No, they always throw each under the bus.
They just can’t say or indicate who traitors are once they’re banished at banishment.

I don’t much care for her now. She’s just made a really bad move.

Fiona is playing a dangerous game....she is not going to come out of taking Rachel on. Think it will make people suspicious of her
rachel and fiona will be the next 2 banished, meanwhile stephen, who nearly went tonight will be whistling a happy tune

Rachel may have thought it was a clever move telling everyone Amanda’s secret. Let’s face it Amanda didn’t have a clue despite all her precious training. Rachel has influenced everyone to think that everyone Amanda suspected must be true…if they start knocking off all the ones Amanda was gunning for and see they are ALL faithfuls then that will surely put Rachel up for suspicion. I think Rachel could have shot herself in the foot in the long run…she should have stayed quiet.
Don’t like Rachel…so I hope it backfires.

Everyone online and on the show are treating Amanda like a force of nature and I'm just like, have you seen the state of our constabulary over the last few decades? I'd be no less confident being a traitor around Amanda than I would any other Faithful in that castle.

Jessie if that happens:
Q6rgls9-UHc
I thought Jessie was going to get murdered very soon, but with this shootshow thats kicked off between the traitors, anything can now happen
I think fiona has lost the plot because she has been stripped of her big dog traitor title. Nothing else explains her behaviour
Something that is being put out there is that everyone in the show has a relationship/connection with someone else. Why else would they have a family tree

Whilst she’s after Stephen they won’t murder her, as it would raise more suspicion to him. However, if he goes she’ll either be recruited or murdered pretty quickly.

Amanda was useless anyway didn't get any off them right, she's friends with Rachel who is a traitor and keeps on accusing Jade who is a faithful. doesn't say much for her being a detective.

Have to agree why the hell did Rachel tell everyone that Amanda was a detective a bad move, i think i would be suspicious of her now and then Fiona going in the way she did, i think it looks bad on both of them.

I actually think Fiona's move was quite clever...she clearly wants Rachel out of the picture because as we all know Rachel will throw all the other traitors under the bus at the first opportunity...and Fiona is very perceptive to that. It was a brave bold move hence the awkward Turret moment...but if the others fall in line and she does get banished Fiona will be triumphant.

I disagree. I think Fiona should be worried about Stephen. He’s already shown he’d throw a fellow traitor out there at the drop of a hat - he voted Hugo (Rachel didn’t).
And then we have Fiona who has had a chip on her shoulder over Rachel from the start and is now throwing her under the bus because she’s paranoid.
So far Rachel has been the most loyal traitor. She hasn’t once tried to throw Stephen or Fiona (or Hugo) to the wolves.
Fiona’s move was bad (up until that point she was playing a good game). As now she’s cast eyes at both her and Rachel. If she succeeds in getting Rachel out, she’ll be banished pretty quickly also I feel, for the way she has gone about it as Rachel will take her down with her.
Bringing attention to traitors in any way puts them at immediate risk. The faithful are clutching at any straw to vote someone out. I think all 3 of these traitors are done now, and before we know it there will be a whole new traitor team. It's a shame really, as i liked rachel, but she won't last long now.
If you think about it, what possessed Rachel to go round everyone in the castle becoming the centre of attention. It was absolute madness

Rachel has made it known to us that she does not trust Fiona...and Fiona's comment about her being a 'lone wolf' is so true as she is a bit of a control freak. Stephen is weak..he has slipped up a couple of times now and managed to get away with it and he did all he could to protect himself by voting for Hugo (and I cannot blame him as his name is being banded about) Rachel is no target at the moment and could afford not to go along with the others.
It could backfire massively on Fiona...it could go either way. Its going to make great viewing either way and whoever comes out on top it will be in their favour.
The biggest frustration of all is Reece...

Tbh i think Rachel’s still ok for now, she played it off pretty well and the fact a proven faithful trusted her enough to tell her a secret looks good too
Fiona, however… going in that hard out of the blue should definitely put eyes on her

I like Fiona because she's a front stabber. She has no problem looking people in they eye while she's twisting the knife. I hope her confrontation of dreadful Rachel works out and starts people questioning her. Not sure what Rachel's aim was, announcing to the house that what was clearly the world's worst detective had confided in her. Amanda was wrong about everyone she suspected and she was wrong to confide in Rachel.

You have to laugh at these people who go in there bigging their expertise up only to fall completely flat on her face.
She was like a dog with a bone for voting Jade off all based on a look after taking the mask off...

Pretty much this. I think Fiona has completely ruined the game for both Rachel and herself with how she went about it. If she feels so strongly about Rachel backstabbing her and Stephen and being all out for herself, she should have continued planting seeds quietly like she did with Harriet, by calling Rachel out so publicly she’s pretty much made it very clear this is a traitor vs traitor war.
Not sure how it’ll play out going forward but I think she’s guaranteed Stephen more time in the game by doing this but both her and Rachel will be banished one after the other I think, not sure which order though… depends on how the discussion at the round table goes.
It’s actually crazy to think that Stephen is most likely going to be the last OG traitor standing though considering his position in the last couple of episodes.

I haven't watched BBC1 live in years... Watching the tail end of WILTY, I was a little crestfallen at how old Rob Brydon looks now. I've seen clips of David Mitchell in recent years, so that wasn't too much of a shock, though he also obviously looks older now. I didn't even see Lee Mack, so I was just left to imagine that he was just a brain in a jar now, with a speaker attached.

why has Jessie arrived as a babushka
…I love how her scarf matches her hair, she’s so coordinated with her colours……
Benjamin

why has Jessie arrived as a babushka
More importantly, why haven’t you?
…..and she’s actually my sweepstake, what went wrong there, I didn’t get a hopeless…
And Jessie's mine. And Jessie has a stutter, which means everyone will be wary of talking over her while she's laying the smackdown. :smug:

i guess everyone's seen the naked handstands account for that Matty answer :fan:

Roxy - it might be me . :joker:
Benjamin would be right in there with Jack for the blandest Faithful, right?
Glenn.

I wouldn’t be a faithful. ;)

Jessie's doing my head in with these reactions to getting the question right
And Jessie's mine. And Jessie has a stutter, which means everyone will be wary of talking over her while she's laying the smackdown. :smug:
…..it was Jessie in the turret with the stutter…

Sam is growing on me. :worry:
Sam is growing on me. :worry:
…I have to say I’ve never really minded him…
Sam is growing on me. :worry:

please not Rachel after the let-down of the power with Francesca/Charlotte last year
are they going to disguise voices?
Benjamin
09-01-2026, 08:34 PM
are they going to disguise voices?
I imagine so.
..I always love Claudia’s styling on this but I don’t like that check jacket she’s wearing…
Is Matt really that clever? :eyes:
Shaun
09-01-2026, 08:35 PM
is there a voice modifier out there capable of hiding the Welsh accent?
Benjamin
09-01-2026, 08:35 PM
Harriet is going to figure one of them out for sure.
I imagine so.
is rachel going to disappear for a moment while she answers the question
Is Matt really that clever? :eyes:
…yes, our Barry wants to marry him because he’s so clever, that’s the reason I’m sure…
…so awkward to walk past them and know that they’re chatting about you…
fiona sounds pretty silly really
…is that what’s bugged Fiona, that Amanda told Rachel she was a detective and didn’t tell her…?…
fiona sounds pretty silly really
…she really does…
Adamw92
09-01-2026, 08:39 PM
I’m sorry but Fiona just sounds bitter and silly cause Amanda clearly trusted Rachel more otherwise she would have told her.
oh stephen is putting fiona in peoples heads
Benjamin
09-01-2026, 08:40 PM
Stephen needs to push Fiona with Jessie to get himself off the hook.
Adamw92
09-01-2026, 08:40 PM
Turn on Fiona, Stephen!!
….ooooo, Stephen might go for Fiona because it’ll take his heat away from Jessie…he thinks…
Am I alone in thinking that Fiona has a kind of...predatory smile? I dunno, I don't think I'd necessarily trust the lovely old lady thing even IRL outside of a game show.

the welsh are just inherently untrustworthy people, really
Glenn.
09-01-2026, 08:41 PM
Kinda want Fiona banished tonight
Am I alone in thinking that Fiona has a kind of...predatory smile? I dunno, I don't think I'd necessarily trust the lovely old lady thing even IRL outside of a game show.
…a predatory smile versus a villain nose…/…tough call…

Still got 25 mins left
they will all go for jade ... just watch

…a predatory smile versus a villain nose…/…tough call…
Ahem, yes, I base all my character assessments on inherent and immutable physical characteristics that people can't help. :pipe: DO judge a book by its cover.:facepalm:
…oh please, Fiona was so obvious there that she was playing to the room…
Adamw92
09-01-2026, 08:44 PM
Faraaz back Rachel up about Amanda pulling her for a chat
Benjamin
09-01-2026, 08:45 PM
I reckon it’ll be a Rachel vs Fiona vote and the last vote will decide
Shaun
09-01-2026, 08:45 PM
Jessie is so focussed on one random throwaway comment from Ben that cannot even be proven as fact, it's kinda getting frustrating (even if it is right, re: Stephen and Fiona  )

…I love your style, just show you suspects pics and you’ll solve the crime on that …...

i think there is other evidence that she has about them both but its subliminal to her at the moment
…I love your style, just show you suspects pics and you’ll solve the crime on that …...
Yep. :smug: Joseph Merrick. Don't tell me he wasn't a wrong'un. Hell, he was probably Jack the Ripper. :smug:
If I were a faithful, Amanda gunning hard for Jade would make me think it so obviously WASN'T Jade who was a traitor.
stephen is going for it, and gets the waterworks of the day award
Benjamin
09-01-2026, 08:49 PM
I pray Fiona goes.
Yep. :smug: Joseph Merrick. Don't tell me he wasn't a wrong'un. Hell, he was probably Jack the Ripper. :smug:
……actually wasn’t the Great Plague at all, it was all Joseph Merrick on a killing spree…
is fiona really all there?
12 mins
…we’re not going to find out today, are we…
If and when Fiona reveals herself to be a traitor, Stephen mirroring Fiona's pink sweater would arouse my suspicions next lol
Shaun

fair play for creating that explosion last night, great telly, but a really... really... dumb bit of gameplay and she deserves to go.
SHE PICKED SAM AND NOT RACHEL!????
Benjamin
09-01-2026, 08:50 PM
Fiona voting Sam as she thinks he’ll get the most votes over her
…oooo, and Fiona was protective of Stephen as well…tough to be a Traitor…

…she’s been her own downfall, I fear…

Her grenade has made him wary of her.
Shaun
09-01-2026, 08:52 PM
…she’s been her own downfall, I fear…
She really could have gone all the way, she had Stephen in her pocket and absolutely no heat whatsoever and then just got ridiculously paranoid and jealous over nothing
…oh Fiona…she got to be the red/secret traitor, though…
Adamw92
09-01-2026, 08:52 PM
Fiona did this to herself
Benjamin
09-01-2026, 08:53 PM
Fiona incorrectly thinking Harriet and Stephen would back her
Was Jessie basically saying there to Fiona, even if you're not a traitor, whittling the group down and banishing you will help me sniff out the real traitor, given time.
Benjamin
09-01-2026, 08:53 PM
Yeeeees, thank bloody god. She made such a stupid move.
She really could have gone all the way, she had Stephen in her pocket and absolutely no heat whatsoever and then just got ridiculously paranoid and jealous over nothing
…Stephen and Rachel will be quite a traitor force now, I think…this has taken the light of Stephen as well…
Shaun
09-01-2026, 08:54 PM
Sweet little comment in the interview there, though
Glenn.
09-01-2026, 08:54 PM
She did that to herself. There was no need for Fiona to go nuclear like that
Fiona wasn't quite Livia Soprano, but it made for some funny telly.
Benjamin
09-01-2026, 08:54 PM
Liar Fiona, you voted Sam as you knew he’d be getting a lot of votes and wanted to try save yourself
Benjamin
09-01-2026, 08:55 PM
Who will they recruit
…ahhh, I’m happy for the weekend to start now…..
Benjamin
09-01-2026, 08:56 PM
Is there no murder tonight? My tv froze.
that was so stressful
Shaun
09-01-2026, 08:56 PM

no murder, guessing a recruitment is confirmed
Is there no murder tonight? My tv froze.
…no murder tonight as they’ll talk to the traitors instead…
Benjamin
09-01-2026, 08:57 PM
Harriet is sooo bloody smart.
Glenn.
09-01-2026, 08:57 PM
Queen Harriet
Shaun
09-01-2026, 08:58 PM
…Jessie is so astute…
ehhhhh from what she's saying at the moment it seems she's now absolved Stephen entirely, so maybe not
Benjamin
09-01-2026, 08:59 PM
Harriet
ehhhhh from what she's saying at the moment it seems she's now absolved Stephen entirely, so maybe not
…that’s true but she realises that (at least one other…)…traitor will have voted Fiona off so she’s back to her list crossing off…

I wanna see Harriet as a traitor
Same
Matty's question: HOW DID YOU KNOW MAZ WASN'T A TRAITOR?!
I wanna see Harriet as a traitor
…I was thinking that but she’s so great as a faithful, the need her and it’s great to watch her put things together…
