Have you ever listened to Ingrid Andress btw? Heard her first single earlier and it was really good so I've just listened to her Ladylike album and every song is great on it

Jeez that does sound bad, thought you might have just been overplaying a bad hangover. There must have been a fair bit of it moving around undetected around then as well before everyone was really thinking about it

You do have to be careful eating tbf, like people always talk up having a big curry on a drinking night but then you just spend the rest of the night absolutely stuffed

I do it in just under 24 minutes now, I never bothered timing or measuring it before but one of my friends challenged us all to do it in lockdown and put out his predictions where he thought I'd be worst in our group pleased to say I have now overtaken him though it does make it more interesting timing it though, should give it a try

Definitely possible, I had this awful flu thing in January where I literally couldn't move from the bed/go out for about 3/4 days and I've never had flu before so Had like a cold, fever, cough, couldn't breathe properly, feeling sick all the time and threw up a few times, super dizzy. It was really bad

Just about to get on the vodka now Can't be eating whilst drinking though or else it delays getting drunk quick enough

How long does that take you? I've just been doing 30 mins of jogging every day but I've got no idea how far it is. I go pretty slow though because I'm not used to it at all

I half think I might have had it too as I felt pretty rough for a few days in March when I got back from my hol and had a cough but never got a temperature so might just have been a cold, why do you think you had it?

I am currently unwinding with a couple of Stella's I've got quite into wine last couple of years but depends what I'm eating, can't beat a nice red wine in the winter months with steak or roast beef

I normally do a 5k but have been trying to do longer distances recently too, agree that the feeling afterwards is quite satisfying its just working up the motivation to start which is tough. How far have you been going?

Lol yeah that's true, I was worried I might be carrying it when I came back home (although think I had it back in January anyway tbf) You should treat Saturday as a Saturday night tonight and get drunk since you don't have work tomorrow either

I had chardonnay the other night but I much prefer mixers because you can disguise the taste of the alcohol better Didn't have you down as a wine fan though

How long do you jog for?? It is a bit of effort but I always feel good/refreshed afterwards and it looks like I'm gonna be drinking most days so sort of makes up for it

Nah I'm not too worried really, we've got so many measures in place now and plus I'm young enough only concern would be giving it to my parents (mainly cos they'd never stop moaning at me for it). Thursdays and Sundays are normally my days off which is a bit crap working Sats but I just treat Weds as my Friday night instead

Don't you get sick of vodka Pepsi after a lot of it about time you moved on to a nice sauvignon blanc or something I reckon. Hehe I'm not sure, just hard work jogging isn't it. I've actually got more into it over lockdown as well though mainly to justify the beer intake afterwards

Oh right, have you been worried about catching corona or not really?? Do you get weekends off?

Woke up about midday which was great, far too much sun around these mornings

Vodka and pepsi (my usual), probably gonna be on it tonight as well And what is THAT supposed to mean? Tbf I only started doing it when I came home because there's nowhere to walk and was feeling lazy lol

Yeah I manage a shop which is considered 'essential' because it has a post office so I've still been working but it's been shorter days and it's so quiet it's pretty easy atm, keeps me in a decent sleeping pattern though and stops me drinking a lot every night

A great sleep which means you missed today's beautiful morning what were you drinking last night? Didn't have you down as a jogger for some reason

Are you still working?? Or working from home?

No hangover for me, just a great sleep and going to have a lovely afternoon jog in a bit

Far too busy for that, already done my morning jog and yoga session and now ready for a full day of working while you nurse your hangover
