But eh decent start today gambling wise for me (just now played cash game poker on my phone really briefly after dinner and won $58) Even tho I don't PLAN on getting myself into a tournament/session today I just can't help myself in gambling in sooome way these days

Ahhh I’ve put the Nascar race on TV & Elliott keeps varying between 10th-20th & outside the top 20 The Busch brothers keep staying in the top 10 tho so I hope that keeps up. I think there’s a looooong way to go though for this to finish but idek HOW long or how much these placements can change

Nah it def makes it a lot better tho, I just feel ****ty about the direction it's suddenly going in lately but I'll get over it. I haven't had a loss THIS bad in one day in a looooong time tho so even tho it's not new to me it's a bit of a forgotten feeling that I don't want again I actually feel more nervous/weary of my next gambling session at the risk of continuing to lose now. It kinda makes sense tho like I just had the best gambling week(s) I've ever had and started playing too much / too many games so it was bound to go in the opposite direction - ofc when I lose control and keep entering so many big tournaments is when I have the worst/opposite luck </3 Like if I had the same luck in just one of the many tournaments it wouldn't have been a bad day / even a good/profitable day maybe.

Ahhh well I had a somewhat decent sleep & still irritable Sleep will def help tho & maybe later I'll feel more fine, or after a few more sleeps.

Yup I feel sooo unmotivated today & tired too even tho I slept ok compared to usual (like I prob fell asleep 3:00 at the latest but prob a bit earlier when I've been going to sleep 4-5 sometimes lately) It also feels really hot for some reason despite the AC being on, idk if that's body heat from still being mad today / constantly thinking about the loss or what
