I kinda get that, I do sort of like getting things done all at once like I prefer to do as much walking as possible soon into the day then just chill out for the rest & I can relax knowing it's done and I haven't got to bother/think about it again. Lmaooo yeah that'll only be a good thing if it's a bit harder to push ultimately for your workouts overall I guess but sounds like extra added effort If I took a day off when I went it'd usually be Saturday/Sunday just because weekends were always way busier (especially as the day went on), weekends are good for just chilling out though when you got all week to do it

Yeah right, I've found a place now where all the different options exist for point spread too but looking through them all I didn't find any ones I thought were good compared to a straight win. I've definitely gotten really used to hot sauce over the years & same, like I just keep adding more because I kinda like it burning a little at the end. It really can make almost any food better tho (especially bland) just adding more taste
