Yeah I switch between short intervals of running & walking and start walking for too long after a while. Also I guess so, it's just weird cause the elliptical requires a lot of movement too so I don't get how the same distance (or more) results in less calories burned. Possibly not having to lift your feet up off the surface.

Yeah imma do it, it's just slipping my mind after not even bothering for so long now Yeah I never did a ton of miles on the treadmill or elliptical, usually just like 2.x miles in 20+ mins, in the 3+ range at times but I don't remember how often. Elliptical is easier to not get tired & just stay at a consistent pace so I'd sometimes do more miles (yet burn less calories I'm not even sure why) on those.

Tbh it sounds kinda nice. Maybe I'd like it but I'm just paranoid about what it does to your lungs tho so since it's kinda gross to me anyway, I'd rather just keep it that way & not get into it. And idk why but I feel like if I got into cigs THAT would be something I go out of my way to buy since it's so easy to get a pack anywhere and just quickly smoke one wherever you are outside. Idk I don't want to get into all that & get addicted. Like even a lot of smokers end up saying it's better not to even get into it Occasional weed is good enough for me

That's true I think same reason why I'm falling asleep later as well (other than getting used to it). I'm hoping the home exercising can help but I've actually forgotten about it until late at night, only done it once Now that it came to mind I might do some little routines and bike riding tonight tho

Exactly the same here. Probably July-August at its absolute worst, constant 80-90's (F) heat depending how bad the summer is that year. (orangu)

Nnn it's a good FUN workout tho The sun/heat is the worst if I don't have a distraction but I can take it while playing a sport or doing something fun (would still take no summer heat at all tho )

Ahhh that's all over the place with the sleeping Mine is fairly consistent these days, at least until corona but still I'll go to sleep in like the 2-4am range now and get enough sleep and then I can afford to be a bit lazy while working tired in the morning.

Yeah I have no clue how often tho or if he bothers looking at my screen. One of my co-workers has continued going in to work too (again idk how often), it hasn't been a mandatory thing here to work from home but for all non-essential businesses it's been advised & I think in only certain cases demanded but idk I'm confused/unaware about the whole thing. There's just some weird guidelines for it all. She's in charge of payroll and basically next in command to the boss so I think there was no way for her to work from home, otherwise pretty sure she would be too.

Once a procrastinator always a procrastinator I guess. He can see how long I'm clocked in for but he can also see what I'm doing IF he's in the office in front of my work computer screen (once I'm connected to the program & log in to the lock screen I have everything on the work computer on my laptop screen it's kinda weird/crazy)

Yeah like you literally can't even walk ANYWHERE without getting really hot and sweaty. But I say that and then I'm even playing basketball sometimes in absolute summer HEAT Lately it's been great weather for a walk/sport/activity outside tho, even now it's still not HOT... but all ruined cause of coronavirus tho </3

Definitely timezones since I work until 6:00. Especially before quarantine, not home until like 7:00 or so after stopping for dinner or later if I’m going to the gym and/or friend’s house etc. after work... it’s already late in the UK by then At home I slack the worst in the mornings until after lunch break tho. Like I’ve beeeen clocked in & set up on my laptop for over half an hour and I’m just done eating breakfast while texting here & done nothing yet. About ready to actually get started
