Yeah that's a really good part about living in a busy place with lots of things to do / go to like London. You can actually stay pretty active just moving around to places without even trying! Are those walks you like to do one of the things you'll miss most?

The treadmill here is actually just used as a box holder in the basement for years now It might be too far gone... like you could actually get hurt falling off that thing with how it randomly gets stuck & stops and I last tried it probably a few years ago so it might be even worse now Lol @ "whenever you feel you're ready for all her questions"... is she the type to ask about eeeverything after not seeing people for a while? You should definitely ask about that treadmill when you talk to them

Btw have you not gotten to sleep yet or just woke up really early / middle of the night? Looool if I'm heading to sleep before you with a 5 hour time difference

Yeahhh I kinda think so. I also feel like the metabolism rates change so quickly too based on your patterns. That's why I really need to get something going again. My friend who's been working out hard over the past year+ and making great progress looks like he's gained some weight really fast so there's prob some truth to that (tbf I've only seen him on facetime lately)

I thought it was a good idea and used it at first but after a few months it's basically gone to total waste Ahhh yeah you should get that treadmill from them Had/have a treadmill too that my dad bought like maybe 15 years ago but it got so run down and hardly even works now (randomly stops/freezes up and takes a bit to get going etc.) but we still have it in the basement

Oh I even have an exercise bike I bought a while ago too which I was gonna start using but then I got sick and haven't bothered. Prob soon, I gotta do something to stay active.

Yeah I'd hate to work in a call center talking to random people all day. Like at work sometimes I'll have to take calls if the receptionist & other worker are both busy / away from their desk and it's so simple yet so annoying tho

I'd say benching is best for chest & shoulders and I like to do that cause I've always had a pretty toned buff chest and I don't want to start turning into flabby moobs or something but benching is prob good for entire upper body/toning. Jogging around in a big garden sounds good I don't have anything like that so I'd have to jog around the block or something and I just cba. Nah I haven't done aaany type of working out since I stopped going to the gym and I was starting to slack a bit in the weeks before that even.

I was doing a lot of cardio most of the time (switching between elliptical machine, exercise bike, treadmill). But whenever I start getting into a routine I'd start adding in weights, just the ones on the side and do some sets of that or use a few of the machines like for benching or the one where you sit almost straight vertical and push the handles forward (I don't even know/remember what that's called and it's prob the one I use the most lmao )... but unlike people who have their upper body, lower body rotation I'm just kinda random with it and do a bit of each or whatever I feel like that day I need that back tho Have you ever been the type to go to the gym?

Yeah, it kinda depends on the job too tho cause like if you're working in sales you'd still have to talk to a lot of people despite working from home. And with my job I still have to make calls with my boss & one of my co-workers quite a bit as it's a little bit co-op (although it feels like the calls have been less and less which is nice and I try to avoid having to call for anything)

That sounds really nice and with your old room back and your own bathroom and everything I think you'll like it You said it's just your parents right? That shouldn't be too hard to keep the peace

Loool I’m definitely distracted but I can get enough done Like I see enough of the shows/movies to understand everything and I get a decent amount of work done still. Yeahhh I guess I’ll take work from home now I like the routine with actually going to work but overall it’s eeeeasy working at home with stuff to do on the side & not even having to bother driving back and forth

How long is the train ride? Good luck back at home I’m sure you’ll like it Do you still have a room with your old bed & everything?

That's cute your mom is so excited Yeah if there's ONE benefit of the coronavirus, it's that it's been good for getting me to watch shows & movies I've been meaning to watch that I never would get to but now it feels like there's so many hours in the day so why not. Caught up on this show I've been into lately (Manifest) after falling behind like more than half the season, watched Tony's original season of Survivor again, and watched this movie my friend's been telling me to watch for a loooong time and some other random stuff. I watch while working too, it's made working from home a loooot easier

Ahh you probably just need to rest it properly for like a few days! Maybe being at home will help for that Good luck with the move back home
