Chicago (and Detroit) deep dish pizza I need to go to Chicago/Detroit to get their authentic ones but those style pizzas are so good anywhere. I don’t eat those enough

I’d be worried it’s rigged but otherwise thatd be epic to play DOND in general is a great game creation, that’s the type of thrill I love in games / gambling

Yeah they get away with crazy prices for everything at the casinos, it’s more wild with food though. Below the poker room is a food court. $13-$14 for a pizza “pie” that’s basically the size of a regular slice of pizza, $8 something for a small ass cup of Ben & Jerry’s ice cream, etc.

Also we love pure guess lucky bets And we love the simpler game checkers >>> chess

Oh and the first part, never heard of draughts. Is that like Checkers??? (I love checkers though!)

They were in like the $10+ range for a cocktail/beer (similar prices for either) when I think I remember paying about half in the past But yeah, if you want to get really drunk, just head over to the poker room and play there lmao --- but actually nvm you could also ask the waitresses at the slots too and then you wouldn't even have to actually gamble just sit there )

I usually win more than I lose with gambling like in yearly overall numbers (like with online/local stuff). But it's so inconsistent so I get not liking the losses and I've been losing on most AC trips lately, I think because I'm more reckless just trying to have a good time there. I like it for the fun/thrill though whether I'm winning or losing.. I'll gamble on anything lmao Sports betting probably my most successful form of gambling. I kinda do agree though, when I go on a losing streak I start to hate gambling

Also I just didn't even feel the drinking vibe, like I didn't even drink at the poker table and they offer free drinks from the waitresses there for anyone playing (just tip $1 per drink and that's it, you'd probably get waaaasted ). I just didn't even think about it really though. I mean the biggest partier/drinker of my friends came on Sunday only and he (ODDLY) didn't drink either, it was just a big gambling & mostly boardwalk day for all of us. I do like a good drunken night especially over there but this trip felt NICE, I actually preferred it that way

I know how the pieces are supposed to move but I don't know ANY type of strategy for the game... haven't played it in forever but when my friends have played in the past it's been fun cause they don't know what they're doing either. I'm decent when the other person is also clueless

Pina coladas are nice but for some reason I haven't had one in a while I go through such phases with alcohol But no this trip was one of the few times in AC that I was actually sober the entiiiire weekend, like even at the casino's club we went to Friday night. No one brought any from home for the room either (smh) and drink prices were pretty crazy there this weekend. We were all on a budget / this trip was all really last minute. I personally was lucky to start winning Saturday but my friends weren't Maybe I should've started buying drinks instead of gambling the money away </3

Ffffff when I said AC I meant Atlantic City not air con, oops And I’ll try anything in the casino or poker room really lol. Poker is best because it actually has the most skill involved and you play vs. people instead of the casino but I still like the slots and all that for that cheap quick thrill (well expensive thrill sometimes )

All types of mojitos are soooo good from what I’ve tried Don’t think I’ve ever had pimms or even gin & tonic / gin before (maybe tried g&t once and I’m not remembering rn but idk I kinda always view it as an oldie drink ). If I did I know I wasn’t a fan of it then though. Do you like g&t but not gin alone or don’t like any of it??

Yeah it was with 2 of my friends and then a bunch of friends / their gf / mutual friends came yesterday for the last day. I was actually WINNING $300 until the last day where I lost it all Ended up about even with the gambling then but spent at least $200 (maybe $300) during the trip on food / the club / boardwalk / etc. lol. This is with only having to pay small service fees for the room, these AC trips can get expensive that’s the only downside

Had a lil trip to Atlantic City for the weekend lol, just got home like an hour+ ago. I needed that it was a looooot of fun, probably even better than usual. I'm dreading getting back to regular life now, like work tomorrow morning (on NO sleep at this rate)
