With gun control, it's not much of an argument for most folk in the UK. Most have never the choice to own, so maybe don't understand why we would consider it a valuable right. It's the same thing in areas here where kids have been reared to rely more on emotional logic for their reasoning... only takes a small history lesson and looking into our founding philosophy, but history is an unpopular topic atm as it's not politically correct enough.
