The Killers were out of this world, so much better than when we saw them in Manchester earlier this year.

..I can't imagine how that must have felt when you found out...I mean of all the things that you had felt in the past because of him..physically and emotionally..that must have been the worst...Kate, honestly, I can't imagine...your blood must have literally ran cold..I shiver just thinking about it..but honestly, I think you've done so well to write that, so I don't want to make you talk about it or think about it anymore for now...maybe write it all down for a book sometime...if you feel you can...it maybe cathartic for you...and maybe it would be good for Josh as well, I know it's his dad but I'm sure he has no love for someone who could do such things...and I always think it's good for children to see their parents as humans with problems and worries like everyone else and a 'story' because being a parent is something you do and not something you are...we're all many things to many people.... and he was truly a monster...
