I have had my haircut now though although the pub(s) came first of course. Most of the barbers round here are booked up way in advance but I got straight in the chair at my normal one who's obviously not rated very highly for some reason

So daaaaaaamn piiiiiiiiiiiiiiissed... the tournaments went fine/good, profited like $100ish in them but the finish was such bs, just typical but I wasn't even really mad, was happy to get a profit day again but I was still in the mood for more poker. Then I went to play the regular cash games for the last few hours @ $200/buyin but it went sooo **** for a -$600 result for today Idk what's going on lately, such bad mojo. OOOOOOOF I'm so heated gonna take a bit to cool down from this one

Just started a tournament session for tonight, so much for taking a break until Sunday ffff In FAIRNESS, it was because I got an alert on my phone from one of my sites that they've updated/upgraded the software & giving everyone a free $20 entry in this new styled tournament they're adding (it's for tomorrow) so I went and looked and the new lobbies/tables look NICE and got me so in the mood to play tonight to try it out And now prob gonna end up playing tomorrow cause of this free $20 as well so there goes that break I feel better about the loss now anyway, just hope I don't keep losing.

It's just A, B, C, D & F here and max GPA is 4.0 (but you can get higher with honors classes & getting like all A's & B's). Ahh some HS classes are just too easy not to pass. I even got in a few of the honors classes in high school, no idea how but those were the main classes I had struggles with But I passed anyway and each grade in honors counts higher on your GPA so it didn't matter much. Still ended up with like a 3.4-3.5 GPA in HS and I didn't even care about any of that / got plenty of C's & D's but too many classes were just such a breeze Like there were people with similar GPA's in the 3-4+ range that stressed about eeeeeverything and were so annoying about that stuff lol. Then in college I struggled my way to a 2.8 GPA after starting sub-2.0 my first few semesters And yeah I think it's a bit like that here too BUT qualifications & education are still pretty important here at least for getting started with a job that's going to pay well.

Ahh so was it just a card renewal situation? What about the universal credit? Did you ever find out if that's gonna be a consistent thing or will you find out later?

Aw damn I was actually looking through my site earlier and was like damn where's the darts games, I wanted to get back into it daily lol I guess I'll see how this new tournament is like... it'll be same style or not sure?

Yup I gotta learn to pace myself to enjoy it more. The papadias was still good but I prefer the one I used to get (pepperoni & meatball). Will you still be eating Papa John's for your birthday or any other plans?

Sksk not an E being a grade, I forget it's that way in the UK I literally didn't care at all through high school AND college fff but I passed high school easily regardless and struggled through college not caring but got through it nonetheless! (taking 6 years to complete 4 years worth but tbf I also changed majors and took fewer classes due to working part-time through semesters most of the time so that delayed things)

Yup casino games tend to always go poorly in the end, even if you have a hot streak with it, it's just due to go really poorly following the hot streak and almost everyone ends up losing control and losing a lot when it does start going that way I guess sports betting and even poker can be that way too but I'm sooo much better at those and even have better control for the most part. I'm just so addicted to gambling at this point during quarantine lmao. I just need NBA to return so I can focus my gambling on that and not be tempted with casino games and hopefully the NBA betting does go well.

It's been better than yesterday, still had a few texts/emails to deal with & stuff to get done quick but I feel like this afternoon might not be bad either based on how it's going, here for a casual day again

Yeah not a lot but we did that clay work, def messy and meh I didn’t care for that. There was this one I remember where we sculpted our hand while doing some kind of sign/signal with our fingers & then painted over it but I always hated anything paint related too (my worst 100%). We also did some work with like picture/magazine collages turned into an art piece, random stuff like that. Well that’s my HS class which was a bit more chill, college one was all drawing & pretty intense Most were like art majors

Lol that’s true the other way around too, you right - but then I’m still mad from losing $ anyway sksk If I do try blackjack or roulette again I do think I’ll lower my stakes a lot. It’s def better than the frustration of doing really bad @ $25+/bet I just gotta realize even if I’m doing ok with it over a period of time, eventually I’m gonna lose at it & likely lose big on those bad days
