Yup def by the stuff he says, finding everything even weird things funny & also just acting so weeeird/different in general Can't think of too many easily explained examples rn but he just kinda quotes random things in accents from movies etc. out of nowhere & stuff like that. He says he's been getting some GOOD stuff lately (still gotta try ) and he's usually smoking & vaping so it prob is a LOT now even for someone so used to it. I mean at times tho, other times I can still kinda tell he's high but nothing OTT. Sometimes it really can be hard to tell at all I know what you mean.

Loool that sounds kinda confusing to me Wait so with the premier league how is the "winner" determined? New winner every week then after that week's table rank or do they all add up to one big winner after a few weeks/months? And is there never a tournament stage for the best teams? Tbh I LOVE the NFL/NBA format but I'm interested in how these other sports' formats work

True I really should just stick to the smaller buyin amounts but I'm having too much fun with the bigger amts & deeef profiting well in them after some of those big wins in the $100-200 tournaments the past few months.. but it can really spiral badly if I start doing poorly in them, like if I start to get on a streak of not even getting those lower placements it's pretty bad.

But btw, just won ~$260 in the regular poker cash games in like an hour I feel like I've been doing so averagely at best overall when I play those cash games lately so that was really good! I tried a pretty big game too where you can only buy in for $200-500 (bought in to 2 separate tables for the near-min $250 each, doubled my $ in one and went about even in the other).

Omg I just realized, looks like I'm about to lose both parts of my soccer parlay FFS I don't even think I'm doing too bad with soccer betting but I'm SO done with it lol

Yuuuup if that happens and it just keeps reoccurring I'm guessing people will just be "over it" and get back to normal living while taking their chances with it. But if that's the case (heard it from a friend who could've been messing with me or doesn't know what he's talking about lol) then they REALLY need to find the cure for this before it gets more out of hand I think supposedly a few people have already had it twice

My friend who smokes a lot is like that too / tends to not even phase him but during quarantine I feel like he's been smoking every day (I mean we talk for at least a bit almost every day & he's practically always high or ready to start smoking when we talk sksk and he's smoking so much that I can def tell he's high now too, he's like kinda different, I think he might be doing it TOO much now ). Ahhh your friends know too? Is knowing maybe common then I guess maybe he wasn't ****ing around with me & it really is easy to tell somehow

Ahhh I see yeah that would be the worst result How are the soccer standings working? Do Tottenham really need a win to make it through to the next "round" or something? (I'm not too sure how soccer works compared to NBA/NFL )

Yup it makes that final table of the top 9 SUPER exciting & intense where it's every additional placement gets you really good extra money (in particular towards the very end ). Yup tournament poker is so up & down it's wild. But you can kinda control the losses with how much $ you're willing to risk & how many of them you play in a day/session but I like to be risky with it esp when I'm on a good streak. (overall it's been a bit of a bad streak very recently tho but still some winning days in between at least). If I do lose the hot streak I would def cool it down / tone down the gambling amts but hopefully not

Yeah cases still keep coming in all the time but I think many people, including myself, care a lot less about it now because it's still soooo much less than what it was. Like Florida & some other states are having crazy increases rn & I think it's still not even what it was in the NY/NJ area a few months back. Oh & I only found out recently that you CAN get it again after already having it once the antibodies in your system wear off & apparently that was known for a while now. I never knew Would be crazy if a second wave happens here just as bad.

Tbh the doubling strategy might be one of the worst Do you keep doubling the same color? Especially if you only do it for like 4-5 turns... the same color will come in 4-5 straight times sooooo often it's crazy I like your picking 2/3rds of the board strategy, maybe going like 50p each and try it until you win or lose a couple bucks. Could go pretty well I think That damn 0 could really **** **** up tho

Lol yeah def helps just laying back on a couch when getting high, too good Nah I don't thiiiink those dodgy type of places ever really sell any weed/drugs around here (I haven't gone to those kinda places much but from what I've seen/heard anyway). But you can 100% find someone selling at those kinda places. Like somehow one of my friends will even know someone who's selling at a place without even knowing the guy beforehand and idk how like I even asked him one time and I think he was just like "it's just obvious" without explaining but sometimes I think he just knows them & is ****ing with me

Yeah it's heartbreaking getting that close to the BIG $ (like just 7th place over 8th would've been like $200 more) but still nice when you realize the amount of $ you still get for any good placing. Just sucks I did so awful in everything else, including a few placements losing JUST before winning any $. Those are definitely the worst, when like 21 people win and you end up in 23rd place etc. All that work to lose $ But I kinda love that about tournament poker too, like if you're playing for hours, you usually end up getting your money's worth for your time played whereas when you play regular poker you can play for HOURS & still just lose a bunch of $ as the end result (but you can play tournaments for hours & still lose money, even a lot of $, when you play as many as I do sksk but I mean an individual tournament, the more time you spend on it, the more it's worth your time )
