It's actually pretty crazy how much more losing in blackjack pisses me off than poker tho because I did not feel this mad after losing $500+ from poker Sunday Actually I think I'm gonna stop with all casino games for a bit & just stick with the poker & sports betting cause casino games are just not worth it. I know I could've easily lost $400+ just now.

The $37.50 is cause getting blackjack (starting with 21 immediately) pays 3/2 on the bet. Ahh you might be right that only the big horse events are televised on TV Although maybe they're all still available on sooome kinda weird channel that most people don't even have lol

Yeah I shouldn't have even done it. FFS I'm sooo pissed right now, just lost $200ish (I think exactly $212.50) & I was losing as much as like $400. Also pissed cause I just ended on a bad note like -$75 or -$100 after I somehow managed to get pretty close to even. SUCH a streaky game. And I started +$50 first 2 rounds as well & literally paused thinking I should just quit right there which I reeeally should have. Losing $ in the casino games pisses me off so much more than losing in poker, prob because I know it's dumb to play & that I'm gonna lose in those games over time regardless. **** I had SUCH bad blackjack flashbacks just now. I mean I'm glad I stuck with it tho (and so glad I was able to get some luck to get some money back) because I was so close to just furiously quitting at -$400~. Could've went even more disastrously.

No clue how much he bet on it but my uncle's the type to bet on everything (lottery, scratchoffs, all kinds of sports betting, casino games - although not online I think he'd only ever do that at the casinos) & take big chances so it could've been like $20-50 on that horse or something lol. NOT the horse racing not being on TV?! So you can only watch it live at the race track? Actually I feel like ANY time I look at a TV while in the casino or a sportsbook complex, there's literally ALWAYS some horse race going on it, idk how Maybe sometimes it's just reruns idk

Lol if you keep learning the game and knowing when you're supposed to hit vs. stand it'll at least even out a bit more but it's def pretty tough to go on a big blackjack streak in a row tho. Sksk $25 is a nice chill (well my usual) amount that I like to do $30 at the casino because $25 gives you $37.50 for blackjack and it's annoying getting the $2.50 chips. $50-100 esp with multiple spots online can get craaazy tho and can go very bad very fast (can go well very fast too but tends to be less often ). I'm not trying to get back into blackjack in that way tho, bad memories when you get a day where your luck is going horribly & can't stop

- Omg are those soda machines not at every fast food place? But yeah around fast food places here it's just paying regular price for a drink & getting as many refills as you want lol.
- Ahh yeah sucks so bad when working part time & any day you miss is just less money earned (or going over your sick and/or vacation days when working full-time). It's like might be worth it for a break but then you're punishing yourself really with a smaller paycheck that week
