The joke loses meaning if it has to be explained but of course out of everyone out there, Kelley, a returnee who has proven to be extremely scrump and desperate for any sort of airtime or attention, was the one who got injured in the IC. Nobody genuinely thinks she faked an injury to get airtime, we're just pointing out that it's convenient for her to get one more split second of focus.

I'm not saying Keith showed himself (or at least from what we saw) as being
stronger, but I think it was more about what Reem did than what the others didn't do. Reem pissed everybody off by moving their clothes around. Her age wasn't relevant, it was her behaviour.
There was nothing funny about it though.
And I definitely wouldn't say Kelley is someone who tries to get airtime... at all. Especially in comparison to some of the favourites on here.
Every little thing Kelley did/said was picked on in here... literally. Can't wait for more episodes where she's the star yet again.
