I don't believe there is any studies or data being collected anyway (as oddly enough this is always shut down, research into the subject I mean and data being collected) Just look at all the follow up there was done on patients of the (now deemed unsafe for children) Tavistock Clinic (none)
Safety btw isn't the only issue for women and girls with having male bodied people in their spaces where they might be vulnerable, women and girls have the right to privacy and dignity too as well as safe guarding (which was there because of our biological sex not because of a gender identity)
