If I was in her position I'd feel really gross and disappointed in myself for not noticing (even if it wasn't my fault) which I'm guessing is how she felt based on what she said
But I think she cried because it was the last straw kinda thing, she'd been in a bad mood all day and she'd been struggling a bit before too so I think it just tipped her over the edge tbh
