The boy was 16, not 13. If she wasn't his teacher, it would be legal... although, still pretty weird... but anyway. The crime she is guilty of is abusing a position of trust as a teacher; which, YES, is bad and something that she deserves to be charged for.
However, because of the ambiguous way the article is written, she will probably end up branded as a "paedo" or similar... which is just bull****.

Which imo is really serious, parents send their kids to school thinking that they are safe not that they're going to be preyed upon by their teachers. It's a horrific abuse of a position of such trust
