Sometimes we have to follow rules because we have been instructed to do so even if we don't want to or think it should be done ourselves, so it probably isn't her fault at all but I guess if one child is gonna get a full cup then all the others will want that too etc, so it'll potentially become an issue if this child is getting 'favoured'.
