They need to adapt the USA format to it imo.

Knockouts
Playoffs (public vote for their top 12, top 2 from each team go through and the coach chooses the last one)
Top 12
Top 11
Top 10
Top 8 (bloodbath week)
Top 4 (finale)
Works really well. Keeps all of the coaches in as long as possible without doing the ridiculous thing of eliminating one from each team every week
And allowing more contestants to stay in longer and ultimately getting more exposure (also bloodbath week is the most crucial/exciting/fun of them all).
