I wouldn't go hunting down housemates' social media but if I become aware of things like this, I'll form an opinion on it and I make no apologies for that.
Likewise, I take positive outside-world things into consideration too. It all contributes to forming an opinion on them as people (which I think is important since people could very well modify their behavior in the house to come across a certain way).
And no, I don't dislike him because he was voted in, that wasn't his doing. That's just a weak way of absolving him of any responsibility and putting all the blame for any negative feedback on everyone else instead of him.

I see your point and I understand why it's taken into consideration even though for me personally it doesn't sway my opinion either way. Mostly because we don't really know the context of these tweets people send, or the relationship between the people within the conversations. Sure it's not okay to use the word '******' and some people will be offended by it or assume he's homophobic, but until I actually see this in his
real life actions, I'm not going to see him as a solidified homophobe because sometimes people use words without realizing how it effects others.
No this isn't a defence post saying he's not homophobic or whatever, I'm just unbothered by some random tweet from a year ago
