I've received a few over the course of when I've used online dating sites in the past, needless to say I've instantly rolled my eyes and ignored. It's really disgusting, don't know why anyone would think someone wants to see that. And like Dezzy said, I usually assume their personality is tragic, but even if it's not then I have zero interest of getting to know somebody who would even consider doing that.
