I think taking on the job of team leader, in the early stages especially, could increase your chances of being fired by up to 50". Because if your team fails (50/50 chance), then you would be the most likely person on the team to be fired.

But it's a self-fulfilling prophecy really. The reason it is always the team leader that gets fired is because hardly anybody wants to be team leader in the first task and those that do are either a complete doormat or an arrogant bully like Dan.
