through your nose or mouth when you sleep?

Nose me, when I have a cold and it gets blocked though sleeping is the most difficult thing ever, breathing through me mouth makes my throat so dry.

I don't know about when im asleep but before, nose. It's too much effort to breathe through your mouth when you're trying to sleep. :L
