I just had a missed call from a number that begind with 0023... i know that Italy is 0039 as my Mums there at the moment, so 0023 must be close.

then when i text "who is this?" the person replied "better by name".

What the hell... who do you think it is, must be international!

Why would they phone and then the text was bizzare, i thought it was an early valentines message haha
