After so much speculation, rumours, exits and alleged axings, the new-look X Factor team have arrived in Birmingham ready for their first day of filming.
Throughout the afternoon, hopefuls - already whittled down in the first round of auditions earlier this year - will finally come face to face with Gary Barlow, Tulisa Contostavlos, Kelly Rowland and the only returning judge Louis Walsh Gary Barlow arriving: Spoiler: Tulisa in... pajamas Spoiler: Louis in the same shirt he's had for the past 8 years Spoiler: Kelly looking rather fierce Spoiler:
