Didn't see much of BB1 or BB2 but from what I saw:

BB1: Craig and Nichola
BB2: Brian and Helen

And from all the series I watched entirely:

BB3: Kate and Jonny (also liked Alex)
BB4: Ray and Anouska
BB5: Nadia and Dan
BB6: Makosi and Craig (in retrospect)
BB7: Pete and Lea
BB8: Amanda/Samanda and probably Brian
BB9: Sara (or Lisa) and Stuart
BB10: Sophie and Charlie (although he did get on my tits)
BB11: Josie (or Corin) and probably JJ
