Probably for the Heroes part. That's the rumour anyway as supposedly Courtney Love has given the go ahead.
If true its bad news for Janet I think. Firstly alot of Nirvana fans hate XF probably so there will be a backlash there and more importantly, could Janet pull of a Kirt Cobain track? Maybe only something like 'Lithium' and if people are already complaining about boredom this sort of song would risk suicide. I'd love for her to give it a shot, but think its a bad idea if she wants to win. |

She could do nirvana quite well, i reckon. What I'd really like her to sing, barely relevant to any of this, is 'nothing compares to you' by Sinead O'Connor. I think she'd be amazing at that! 'Guilty pleasure' maybe?

Or Heart Shaped Box (though would XF like her singing lyrics like 'i wish i could eat your cancer when you turn black' lol. Yeah not sure if the general public who mostly like chessy crappy pop like Cher Lloyd (snore) would really be into this kind of thing. However if she is to lose, then so be it. At least lose with her general fanbase in tact for her trying such a thing

Depends in what way Janet sings it really and she isnt really a sell out as its the production fault for a heroes based theme if Janet's heroes are to do with rock
 At the end of the day, Janet can sing what she wants whteher it be Nirvana or Red Hot Chili Peppers and actually Simon was stupid up there because hes basically saying no one should sing a Rock song for their audition or on the live show when we have had a Rock based theme already featuring Guns N Roses another band who wouldn't exactly explore his show .
