It's really not an Irish/Welsh thing at all and most of the Welsh people i know (including myself obvs) are rather keen on our Celtic brothers & sisters (as long as they're not Conor, Brian, Bono or Bob ****ing Geldof).

It's completely a twat thing and Brian really is a massive one!
